Meditation when you’re angry and short on time.
Remember Meditation is a JOURNEY from Activity to Silence… and that journey can look & feel very different based on your personality, where you are in your meditation journey & what is up for you that moment.
So breathe. Even 30 seconds to drop your shoulders might need some screaming 😱🙉 (volume down when I tell you in the video)… but as crazy as it sounds, the obnoxious screaming helped move energy to allow for silence….
The journey might have loud, ugly, and off balance, but I found some silence within post-screaming… and I hope that inspires you to be open to exploring meditation and how your own journey from activity to silence…
