Welcome!
Always listen to your body, and pause as many times as you need, drink water, try this more than once and have fun! This is for that day when you just have that annoying "buzz' of anxiety. Some days, I don't even know what the anxiety is about, or what specifically is causing it, but I can't focus and my mind is spinning - but without helpful thoughts. Just spinning into all the ways things can go wrong, trying to prove I am right and my mind just won't stop. I feel ungrounded and worse, unconnected to my inner self that knows everything is working out in best and highest good, but I am too much in my head to feel that anymore.
"I am anxious. I can't sit still. But I don't know why. I can't place it in my body or on any "one thing that happened."
Have you ever felt like that? I don't like this feeling and through many trials & error, I have found that sometimes, I need more than meditation. I need a way to move my body, kick it out/shake it out, push through anxiety... to allow my body the release and create space to settle down and come back into my body.
I physically have to let go of the anxiety, so I can relax into the ground (you'll see!) and get back to center - and solve whatever I need, after letting go of what is keeping me anxious and un-grounded.
