Thank you for giving those of us who have knee issues a way to do the yoga poses without being on our knees. Other yoga programs just say use more padding and tough it out, but I feel like I can now do some of the exercises that were off limits to me because of my knees. Great video!

Sure! Raise your rear-end up by sitting on a yoga block, bolster, or firm pillow(s). This approach will give you a little more space to fold your legs and sit up tall. Make sense? Let me know how it works for you! Thanks for tuning in. 😊
