In this video I'll show you a safe and clean method to open up the laptop/notebook adapter box. You might wonder about my fucking alien hands, yes I'm a test subject from Area51, so don't bother much about that.

You showed how to open it, you never said you expected to re-use the circuitry 😁 If you want to re-use the power adapter, you need to avoid beating it with a hammer, so to open the enclosure, you need to use a solvent to dissolve the glue: put a few drops on the groove to penetrate and to get in touch with the glue all around. Wait 2 minutes. Put a few more drops of solvent all around to penetrate, wait 2 more minutes, and then you can separate both parts of the enclosure with your hands.

It's like using dynamite to disassemble an car engine. It works, but on the other side...not... of all the method i have seen so long, i think the best methot for opening adapters like that is to use an hot thin sharp knife, not an sledge hammer.

Inject petrol at the joints using a syringe and wait for a few minutes and pull the halves away. It’s a easier hack than hammering it away and you can reglue the box back together

No wonder it wasn't working, there are at least 3 broken components inside, just fell off after opening :). Now, assembly is simply the reverse of disassembly, right?

dont use use hammer use eucalyptus oil to open the charger apply it and wait for 2-3 mins then separate it thats easy ...............................

Had to look and see it this was posted on April 1st (April Fools), but it wasn't. He gives a thumbs up when most of us give a thumbs down. Don't see how that was successful... Yeah, he opened it (eventually), but he knocked several components loose in the process. Hey I can show you how you can get your locked car door open in less than a minute without your key, but you will need to replace the broken window afterwards... Thanks for the entertainment.
