I had headaches from a whiplash and having to wear one of those damn collars years ago. I would take the collar off briefly and slowly put my head back and could feel the pain draw down from my temples. I still try that first when I have a headache 43 years later.

Crazy this video came out when I am in tears with upper back and neck pain. I know it's my bed and pillow but my head has been hurting so bad from it I can't think straight and I can hardly stand without getting lightheaded and dizzy. Thank you for this video.

@@DrRowe Doctor, I have a question. The upper body exercise (angle with hands stretched outside and then pinch shoulder blades) that you have recommended, works really great. It released a lot of pressure that was build over time and immediately gave me relief. Is there any such exrecise that can be done for the hips to release all the pressure and tension that has build over time like the one you have recommended for shoulders?

Great exercises Dr. I have used these over the past few months and they do help. But I haven’t tried the ‘chicken and tortilla’ soup method 😂.

If you can, stay in tripod position until you’re not dizzy any more …..there is a ball in your inner ear that is off balance …. Hanging head upside down until you’re not dizzy lets you know it’s back in center. (Hanging head backward off bed word too just a bit more dangerous; use buddy system 😊)

Don't have a peanut tool? Tape two tennis balls together. That's what we did when I was a kid.
