I made this video to show an easy way to quickly fix your squeaky massage gun without having to take it apart.

yeah so i have the exact same one from Costco and I took this completely apart. if you pull out those plugs and remove those screws underneath that all you really need. The screwed are reasonably long (longer then I would have thought) and so the design is quite good. after unscrewing pull apart using the display side as your pivot point but squeeze the sides in as they have plastic tabs that help hold everything in. Don't pull too far because you don't want to yank the cable inside too much. once you see it you'll know how to proceed. I tightened my screwed and oiled a few things. I also oiled around the front piston once i had it back together. That's only because i didn't have any spray Pam or WD 40 and i didn't wanna smell WD 40. I used some lavender oil :). And btw, this thing is pretty well made. Even the plugs have grooves cut in them. A nice detail. My wife has the upgrade version of this that added cool and hot capability to a stainless steel massage attachment as well as a charging base. Well worth it.

Hello, my hypervolt gun stopped working, it turns on and everything but then only the pressure indicators remain on, what solution can there be?

Have the same problem. How is the noise 3 months later? Have you had to add more powder?

Yes, I add powder every now and then with the squeak is back. Easy to do though…

@@colchilibeck Hey Colin, just wanted to give you a little update. I was actually able to dismantle the massager without breaking it and managed to get a couple drops of oil on the motor and barring. Highly recommend you do the same. It is working great now and no more squeaking!

@@colchilibeckhey man do you know how I can fix it. The problem that I have for it is that when I’m done charging it and turn it on and nothing is on do you what I could do?

@@joepsy677 two screws are located under the rubber plugs on the horizontal shaft of the gun. Unscrew those, pull the top half of the horizontal shaft off. The back part of this half piece is nested into the back part of the gun, where the digital read out is. So remove/lift the top half if the shaft like you are opening a book. Once inside, I added a drop or two of vegetable oil and that was it. Hasn’t squeaked since
