This video shows you how to install a new intake manifold from TRQ on your 2006-2009 Mercedes-Benz E350. The intake manifold is responsible for delivering the fresh outside air into the engine, and is also sometimes where the fuel is adding to the air mixture. A cracked or leaking intake manifold can cause a variety of problems for your engine, and should be replaced.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:

Great video and even better part. I used one of your intakes for the first time yesterday on a customer's 06 E350 4Matic and it is an excellent part. All of the holes were threaded which isn't the case with most that are a little cheaper. I will be using your intake moving forward. I would just like to caution you on one part of the install. I wouldn't put the gaskets on the head because there is a good chance of them shifting causing a vacuum leak. The OEM gaskets have sections that stick to the intake to hold it in place. The method I have used for over a decade is installing zip ties in the 4 holes in the middle. This holds the gasket in place regardless of what you bump. Then put the 4 bolts, loosely, in the corners to hold it in place. Then cut each zip tie and install a bolt at a time. This has never failed. Otherwise, the video is excellent.

when you disconnet the battery. Does that effect the computor. I was told the computor needs to still be operating so the you will not have to reset or reprogram if the battery is disconnected?

I have 2007 Ml 350 need to exchange intake manifold.There are so many manifold to buy. Confuseing. I am worried about the fix. I see tRQ is threaded many or not. Your video make me fill I can do this my self.LOL Will you come and help. LOL I am going to purchase TRQ thanks to you sir
