Your guide how to replace polarize film sheet of UNIC UC46 Home Projector
Once you get the correct position of the new polarize film cut it to same size of polarize display glass and attach it to the glass using a narrow strip of transparent tape on all sides

I have four LCD projectors (yaber wimus and el chepos ) they all have the same problem with screen burn I assume it's because of the UV emitted by the LED lights even if it is at a low level it is consistent and could possibly burn the polarizing plastic... Before it gets worse I intend to use clear UV blocking plastic in the projector to stop the burn in damage, all projectors do have abundant ventilation. Even if you replace the polarizer film you will end up at square One if there is no protective UV film. If this helps let me know 😁

the old sheet will be your guide, if you don't have the old one try to cut a small piece as a sample

If for example your green polariser is totally destroyed you can check the positioning angle of the other two polarisers , blue and red . They never get burned all of them.
