I have four LCD projectors (yaber wimus and el chepos ) they all have the same problem with screen burn, there are "multiple" causes. I assume it's because of the UV emitted by the LED lights even if it is at a low level it is consistent and could possibly burn the polarizing plastic... Before it gets worse I intend to use clear UV blocking plastic in the projector to stop the burn in damage, all projectors do have abundant ventilation. Even if you replace the polarizer film you will end up at square One if there is no protective UV film. If this helps let me know 😁

I got two wimus projectors of amazon they both have this issue few months after use

@@RuleBlitzTV-TWK I'm replacing the polarizing film on my yaber. Using the polarizing film from a discarded flat screen TV, the biggest problem is cleaning off the old adhesive on the projector LCD. I really enjoyed my wimus projector, I believe what I'm doing will work and it's a lot cheaper than purchasing polarizing film when there's a free resource of material. Good luck to you having 150 in screen is a lot of fun 👍😁

I'm thinking of using polarized sunglasses lens😂😅 Will this work 😅
