Could you do a video on narcissistic siblings. I have had multiple NPD people in my life over the years. My father, ex-boyfriend, coworkers, and my sister. Hands down, my sister has been the biggest monster in my life. I went no contact 8 years ago. We're only a year and a half apart in age. With siblings, her behavior was seen as "normal" and siblings rivalry. Even though it was one-sided. Her jealousy and lies destroyed our home. She got us evicted once. As an adult, she tells people I have herpes because she has it. She also goes around telling people I killed our mother. Our mother passed away when I was 14. I'm 36 now she tells people I murdered her. My mom had health problems for a long time and she wasn't murdered. I see many videos related to NPD parents. I have one myself. He said to me when my mom died he was glad she was out of the way. My sister is somehow worse than him.

My mother hated, "Huh. OK." Or, "Weird," whenever she tried to button push. Watching her work herself up into a tizzy while I stayed calm was incredibly satisfying. However, the dark side of grey rock is that it does numb you. Before I went NC I started distancing because I didn't want to not feel and suppress myself too often.

Appreciate the politeness. Have found people who are narcissistic bait nicely, and ACT like what they're doing is "no big deal"...but tormenting another person with lies and false accusations is monstrous. I don't know how they sleep at night. A polite response to their abuse will be difficult, but if you say it works, I will try it. Thank you. God bless.

The attitude that you’re trying to convey to the narcissist is indifference to what they are saying negative to you. You can also repeatedly interrupt them and talk over them about disgusting and goofy things such as what your farts smelled like that day and what your poop looked like that morning. You can also talk about how it feels like your pad or tampon is getting full or any such nonsense that is disgusting to them and be more interested in what you’re talking about than what they are talking about and laugh and smile lots while you’re talking. Just basically frustrating the crap out of them.😂

Title: Strategic Responses to Narcissistic Accusations: A Ten-Point Analysis Introduction: In interactions with narcissistic individuals, especially when they engage in tactics like shaming, blaming, or accusing, having a strategic response is crucial. The approach of responding with statements like "I don't know what you're lying about" or "I don't know what you're trying to argue about" and consistently repeating them can serve as a defensive tactic. This analysis explores the effectiveness and implications of this strategy. Points One to Four - The Ascent: Unpacking the Strategy 1. Deflecting Accusations: This response deflects the accusations back onto the accuser, creating a mirror effect where the accuser must confront their own behavior. 2. Disrupting the Pattern: By not engaging directly with the accusations, this strategy disrupts the typical pattern of argument, throwing the narcissist off balance. 3. Maintaining Emotional Control: Repeating a calm, non-accusatory response helps in maintaining emotional control and not getting drawn into the drama. 4. Avoiding Justification: This approach avoids the trap of justifying or defending oneself against unfounded accusations, which can be a losing battle. Point Five - The Summit: The Peak Advantage 5.The peak advantage of this strategy is turning the tables on the narcissist. By not playing into their narrative and maintaining a consistent response, the focus shifts from defending oneself to highlighting the narcissist's behavior. Points Six to Ten - The Descent: Potential Outcomes and Considerations 6. Encouraging Self-Reflection: The repetitive response might lead the narcissist to reflect on their behavior, even if only momentarily. 7. Reducing Engagement: This method can lead to a reduction in engagement, as it offers little for the narcissist to argue against. 8. Risk of Escalation: There's a risk that such a response could escalate the situation, as the narcissist might become more agitated by not getting the desired reaction. 9. Setting Boundaries: Consistently repeating a non-engaging response sets clear boundaries about what types of communication are acceptable. 10. Potential Confusion: This approach can create confusion in the narcissist, as it deviates from the expected response and doesn't fit into their narrative. Conclusion: Responding to narcissistic accusations with a statement like "I don't know what you're lying about" and repeating it consistently can serve as an effective defense mechanism. It deflects accusations, disrupts argument patterns, maintains emotional control, avoids justification, and potentially turns the focus onto the narcissist's behavior. However, it's essential to be aware of the potential for escalation and to ensure that this strategy aligns with one's overall approach to managing the relationship. Final Thought: The Mirror of Clarity This strategy acts as a mirror, reflecting the accuser's behavior back to them. It's a tool for clarity and boundary-setting, empowering the individual to maintain their composure and autonomy in challenging interactions.

Their entire life is a kind of war, a competition. My response to narcs in the wild is to react. Immediately and in a way that puts them on their back foot. I then follow this up with non-verbals that indicate I am getting a rise out of the interaction. Rarely have they continued. For those that do I continue the gambit until they give up frustrated. This of course requires an uncommon amount of self-restraint, charisma, articulation, and confience you can physically defend yourself, so I get why it is not generally advisable. But man can it be fun. And humbling for them.

I SO appreciate all of your videos and valuable lessons within each. I only really realized my mother is a narcissist about 6 months ago (I’m 51) so I have been learning how to deal with her in a more effective way. I’ve learned that when I keep my voice steady and my emotions controlled she tends to escalate. Alot of times if she’s at my house she will leave shortly after if she’s not getting the responses or emotions she wants. It is empowering to have these tools to deal with her. I used to be left filled with anger, resentment, and anxiety. Not knowing why she did the things she did to me or said the things she said. Now I KNOW why. And thanks you to, Danish, I can effectively shut it down and preserve my mental and emotional well being. Thank you for all you do! ❤

You could also ask them what color it is because you don’t have your glasses on. When my narc starts acting like they wan to shame or blame or accuse... i will respond with..." I don't know what your lying about". Or "i don't know what your trying to argue about"... and just keep repeating it over and over. Make them keep repeating them selves till they quit... This does a couple of things... dismisses them and sets the situation where they are what i accuse them of...Same with cops... as they are narcs too.

love this so much really. also you make me laugh, your face is so expressive and as subtle as it can be on the narc's part, *(I am experiencing this due to not talking to them any longer), I can tell when this narc is doing something to get me to engage. I avoid talking now as much as possible and I am done with "being nice" = I am no longer "kissing her *ss" to keep her happy (like baking for her, just to make her think I don't know she is up to no good, it's been a ploy I have used) and instead, now when appropriate, I just say outright something *sharp and direct*. it is not mean and I would never be like this normally. but in this case, with the narc - as she makes her approach, she is sometimes angry in her confrontation (always some stupid nonsensical thing), at other times pretends to care about my animal to "get on my good side" (HAHAHA, honestly she has poisoned animals I DO KNOW THIS) - so if she tries this ploy, I ignore it, get my pet and leave her presence........I do not trust her whatsoever at all, but for now I exist in the same house (she's the house owner) but I do not engage, and if I do, at all, it is *sharp and direct, quick and a cut, like I will laugh*............I may even snort like it's a contemptuous aside in their direction. it really is too funny. the main thing is I avoid contact at all costs, it is killing her absolutely to not "know what I am doing" so she digs in any trash that I leave in the trashcan.....so what I do is "plant things in the trash" if I want her to believe something to divert her from my real life and it makes her feel "soooo arrogant and secretly superior" like "she knows something" and it calms her down. hahahahaha and in reality, I do take my real trash (if I do not want her to know) to a store trash container or to a park trash receptacle and dump it there. I give her NOTHING but what I need to and to throw her off the trail of what I am doing. she is so weird. she is sooooooooooooo jealous and if she can get a look at me (I know this is weird but it's true) she never looks at me like a normal person but "scans" me up and down to see what I am doing, what new thing I might have, if I am changing my hair, if I've done makeup, if so, what kind, blah blah blah, etc. not kidding. my mother was the same way - and I never healed it with my mother (I was gaslit so much I never knew she was doing it to me constantly) so I am now healing all this - all these videos help a lot and our sharing comments does too. thanks Danish. God bless us all to heal.

No matter hiw much i cook or do fro her , she never feels satisfied. Always complaining about her life. Accusing me with vulgar words, shouting for no reason. Always wnats to fight and engage into drama. She is the most negative person i have ever seen. She can suck the life from you. Every time she see me laughing, immediately remind me how miserable her life has become because of me. Sometimes i feel like i am becoming like her. It's too much for me now. She has chronic illness and doesn't wnat to get treated. Just want me to stay with her and take care of her. I am 20 and she wnats me to get married and have kids so that she can die in peace. I am going crazy. I sometimes feel like running away or even worse killing myself. I juat can't deal with this i want peace. My father is also sick. And he is the only person who earns. I am not financially stable yet. I am scared what if i have to quite my studies. How am i going to manage everything all by myself. So then, text, logical written responses, are also supply? Are there stages of Narcissism, whereby there is a chance to catch a young person before falling into this behavior? Are their abilities to reflect broken, or does that take years of practicing this behavior, to become a true Narcissist? Is it always the case, that a parent has caused the narcissistic behavior, in their offspring? I can't imagine my Grandmother creating a Narcisstic son, my Father, but there he is. Could it be that a child has his or her own interpretation of events, so that supply begins to make them feel alive? I know another Mother who said 'what happened to my Son?' My Grandmother had 6 children who lived. Two were Narcissts. My Uncle took down my Grandmother's real Christmas tree and put up the one he got them instead. It was aluminum. He wasn't pleasant as he did it either. The 'Golden Child' thing is puzzling to me. I was one I believe. I was uncomfortable with the role and told my siblings, don't be like me, be yourselves. Ignore what Dad says. When a professor made me the golden student, by reprimanding the work of many fellow students, in one large room, while praising my creative efforts, it was very uncomfortable, reminding me of home. Here we go again, I thought, but years later, looking back, he was in a strange way, the only educator who had given me any real recognition. I guess that I didn't react correctly, to being the 'golden child' because it was used as a weapon, to supposedly motivate my siblings to strive more in school. That was the speech which the Narcisstic Father gave over and over, but couldn't help any of us, with our homework. What a mess.

I wonder what happens if being the grey rock is easy, do they eventually quit trying to bait you? Such as if you just half way smile then stare but don't answer. My narcissist is my clients daughter, . Do they get bored after a while? She went bonkers because not only did I gray rock her, I was determined to make her go off in front of Mom and I succeeded. Mom was shocked and angry at her. She wanted to get me alone, no reason I work for mom. just go away. I asked her, "How was the wedding?" KEY was this is just just 4 words. A very quick sentence. She went OFF big time screaming. She had been drinking alcohol driving back in her moms car from a fancy restaurant. She got back into the car, forced her mom into the car then drunk drove in the driveway. I called the Cops on her but she had already left. When she starts baiting me, I plan to ask a 3-5 word question that narcissists hate. Maybe I'll just ask what I did last time which was "Have you been drinking?" she has and hates to be called out

Danish since narcissists are often clever when working together how do we shut down more than one of them both at the same time? Like when for example it is a narcissist and his latest a lot younger flame who believes she is now a way better biological parent than me? Or instead 2 men while they are driver and passenger in the front seats both of whom at the time seemed to believe they must reform me too while I am in the back seat alone at the time while we are in the same car pool? Or how about the social worker who showed up on my door step 2 hours late while bringing along by surprise his entourage which included 2 cops and a nurse too? Of course in all of those situations I was not taking the bait. The bait again long after that one switch after I said again, "I do." Staying alive around a malignant narcissist is not that simple. That is why Danish should be thankful for his ability to survive too. Without him having to turn into a rock for real too.

It seems to struggle with logic. Harassment and telling people they are nuts he seems to consider being a job. Force relation with a delusional narc is upmost unpleasant and harmful, and it is bonkers if it thinks its worth money from a third party doing that to people. It thinks its peak of humanity so basks in the fantasy that people admire it.

What do you do if the narcissistic person starts grey rocking back at you? Is that gaslighting?. i think i am asking a one off question but the narcissist answers out of context and when i say that was not the information i was asking about they say " this is why i dont answer your questions its always something else" but they have not addressed the question i asked i.e. " question-what time is it, answer-its usually sunny this time of day. , ok but what time is it., you're never happy with my answer, that's why i don't talk. But you didnt answer my question., You just want me to say what you want me to say. No i would like to know the time. Who is being narcissistic in this example

be careful. it is a tactic. he would never write something offensive, but always be calm and polite so when you tell someone how nasty he is he will have proof that he "never was nasty" as his texts show. so you will look like the liar. what I experienced was also that he would be nasty on the phone with me and then hang up. I would try to call him and explode via text. then he would take that as proof that I insanely called him several times and was nasty via text. he even tried to use the screenshots of me exploding in court.
