Imagine if he never physically came around again because he moved to another country and cut off all contact with you, but he’s still visiting you in your mind. It all starts and ends with YOU. The signs of defeat should act as a deterrent,if negotiations don't point to it,they don't need you to know,to admit defeat will defeat the purpose,if you need to cover some new ground,you could be sabotaged with subtle tactics,your thoughts feel confused or bamboozled,their tricks won't work if your aware of it,you study how predictable there actions and words are,you'll see the cracks in their evil strategies,They get weird and crazy because they've been noticed,you weren't triggered like you used too,focus on yourself and feel that you defeated the narciisist💥✔️

Yup. I hate feeding someone's ego just for the sake of their gratification. I like actually lifting people up who need it not desire,crave, and demand it. I've noticed this person seemed to demand it a little after I met them but didn't know exactly what a narc was so didn't see the signs then got involved & shit went south quick.

It is super sad. My narc never gave me the chance to truly love him. What ever there was, was ALL trauma bond. It took me months after I left to vomit so much conditioning thinking that matured into trauma bond. I don't have a mean bone in my body. But boy, the narc triggers it and makes you feel like it. I felt that way also about feeling good about small victories - but some where you need to reach to God (or who ever you consider is your maker) and ask for healing. He is the only one who can do deep healing that is beyond us. And you will learn to walk in your own authenticity.

#5 worked out well for me. When I accidently picked up a hoovering phone call from the ex narc, I maintained cordial. I allowed him to speak to me and answered his prying questions. He even boldly told me about all the ways that he was stalking me. I lead him to believe that he "won" and that he got away with all the unreported physical violence and abuse toward me. After we hung up, I immediately changed my phone number and was lucky enough to be able to move a few months later. He tried to "friend" me on social media, but I blocked him. That was years ago and my life has been peaceful ever since.

@@ladyv5655 it actually turns out I didn't defeat my narc back then. About 4 months ago I made another attempt at zero contact and I've been able to hold it since then. I went to a rehab and got out a couple weeks ago and as soon as I was back she easy trying to contact me. I have to to random drug tests alot and the first one I did when I got back she texted me a few hours later saying she saw my name on the list. Well lol there were 4 lists on names out. Then later that day her mother sent me a FB friend request and I ig ired that too the a couple days later my ex sent me a FB request. Now I get ppl I don't know sending me requests but I see my ex in their friends list. Fricken flying monkeys...

No fear. Went to court. The narc thinks that they won because I didn't get a monetary judgment. I watched your videos about going to court with a narcissist and prepared. They had no idea that they were going to be publicly exposed as the Covert narcissist they are in court. Watching the narcissist squirm as they had to answer questions in court that exposed them was priceless! Thr judge saw them for what they are. I'm sure they don't want that to get out but their flying monkeys and everyone else they lied to will eventually learn the truth. Hell, they may even see this post and put 2 and 2 together 😃 You're an absolute blessing Rebecca! Thank you and may you always be blessed!!!!!

I love that. A narcissist at work completely avoided me and stopped talking to me. I showed no emotion or didn't react. I moved on like nothing happened. Come to find out later that everyone thought he was uncomfortably weird at work. I thought it was just me. Happy he quit and found another job.

I knew I was defeating my narcissist X-wife when she called me while we were still working through the divorce and she wanted to go on a second honeymoon to the same place we went when we got married. I've been keeping to my vow of NO CONTACT for over 2 years now! She goes through money like water and I am preparing for her to blow the $350,000 she got from me and try and get back together again. It felt good to say "don't bother" when I was told that she would be back in the morning. "You're a waste of my time." When she started to defend herself and raise her voice I just asked her to shut the door as she left. So far, so good. This reminds me of a 12 step program. 3 days clean.

After watching this video I can truly say I defeated the narcissist in my life! WINNING! Everything she threw at me I didnt react or respond. It would deflate her every time so she would try something else to see if she could break me down. I never thought I was the crazy one. I just kept thinking "something is not right..." Looking back, Im proud of myself for stopping all contact. The best decision Ive made for myself!

Facts I did the same thing and was jus happy I ain’t go For the bs it was really entertaining for me bcuz I already understood her an the motive so It was pretty easy to handle it … I told her I wanted out with the bs, she tried to pour bleach on me and Comet.. she then started cutting up my clothes while trying to throw me stuff out.. I jus kinda laughed cause I kno she was trying to get an reaction out me she wanted me to physically put my hands on her but i didn’t she was even madder lol… she even told me she wish I die after she couldn’t get a reaction I jus kept it 2getha bc she knows I was supposed to rock her jaw!!!

I just defeated my very first narcissist and it literally was THE best feeling to sit there across from him at the same table, look him dead in the eyes, and say, "You have no idea how little I give a shit about what you are saying and doing right now, and I just realized I don't give a shit about how you feel anymore either. You can't trick me anymore. I know your games. You don't get to play your games with me anymore and that is going to SUCK FOR YOU." And I knew I defeated him that exact moment when I felt literally nothing towards anything he was saying or doing. He finally gave up on me, too, just about a week and a half ago. He stopped trying to pull me back in because I wasn't giving him anything anymore. I stopped being an energy source for his manipulative narcissistic tactics. And oh, does it feel good!!

NO FEAR! The best part is when you can identify their behaviours as they happen, and you're not triggered or bothered. When you don't feel the need to take the bait and respond to them. When all the things they've threatened you with or held over your head no longer have any power. The huge feeling of a massive weight being lifted off your shoulders because they can't control or manipulate them anymore.

Who what where and when! I really don't know what happened. I just woke up one day and he no longer existed for me. I spent a lot of time soul searching and praying. I realize that he filled some sick need of mine (that I wasn't aware of). Won't say I wasn't deeply hurt but I'm healed and completely over him. I've been told he was very hurt by my leaving the relationship. I don't believe he can be hurt by anyone or anything just upset because I woke up and I was the one to walk away. Ladies or gentlemen (because it happens to men too) keep a strong hold on your heart.

@humpty You do realize, don’t you, that the regime of No Contact applies only to the Narc abuser, right? You don’t become a monk or a hermit…. You can still communicate with the non-abusive, supportive people on your life. No Contact with a Narc abuser is the ONLY way to cut off the supply he/she craves….. anything less keeps you in the abuse cycle. We all want and need to be included, but to leave yourself open to more abuse to be included by a Narc is just masochistic.

They usually leave before they loose because they are not strong people… and they cannot withstand the bad weather the indignity the shame the public dump on their ego or anything they might have inflicted on you or anyone else they are not responsible for….Sometimes they will make themselves suddenly busy with something or someone else so they have an excuse and they will 100% be rubbishing your name the whole way (and it will feel like water off a ducks back) because they are the poor victim….. but guess what you are not and thats when you know.

Now I live with my elderly mom which has been hard but it's good! No more drama! I still have days where I miss him really bad but I just talk to myself and say REMEMBER what it was like! Update: Moved out Dec 23, 2021. He ignored me. Cold to me if we talked. One night, been out with friends and had a few drinks. Went over to his apartment and told him I missed him. (Dumb) He says, I'm good. I've moved on". Ok fine. I leave feeling like the dumbest lowest creature ever. Now I know. I decide I'm over it. Great! Month later with no contact he comes over crying and hates being alone! He didnt get the job offer he was counting on so he wants to tell me he is so sorry. And I guess he wants to get back togethe? No plan or ideas on what we would do??? Im so confused??? Month later, acts like nothing happened. I didn't take him serious. I know he just needed me for support for that moment. Life goes on. We talk every now and then. I'll give him a few dollars if he needs gas. I really don't have any feelings for him other than just someone I know. I'm thankful. Weird thing is I'm so depressed. I am more depressed than I have ever been in my life. Am I feeling the after effects of this relationship or what? I really feel like I wouldn't care if I died today?

She final quit harassing me after 2.5 years. He boyfriend left her of 2 years and at first I thought she was focusing on harassing him. But no, she’s using heroin and meth and is stealing from many people. This is one more of the reasons I left her because of her pill problem. Now she is proving me right. Thank God I got out of that situation before she was using drugs full time. Talk about a narcissist crash! In 2.5 years she went from signing in the choir and hiding her cheating and drug habit too full fledged addict and thief. Rebecca thank you for your constant updates. You gave me direction and understanding.

Woohoo I think I did all of these within a 24 hour period. I took a chance and chatted offline with a youtube acquaintance and it was a covert narc. Your videos popped up and confirmed all my suspicions thank you! So good to know I'm healed and wiser now and a narc slayer! This is 100% spot on, having dealt with a handful of narcissists(a handful too many in my opinion 🤣). It's actually quite humorous to watch them basically crumble and use all of their tactics because they're desperate because they know I've figured them out and they can't control me. The scary part is the level to which some narcissists will escalate. And they can think they've won but in the end, I know that Karma and natural consequences will come to them and I've witnessed it.

All you begin to see or imagine was their wicked and mean attitude.It was so crazy, frustrating to be with a narcissist.. They most definitely do act like that way! Never ever "be-leive" these people but trust in what their words, actions and vibration tell you. Their inner make-up is so shifty. They lie, blame shift, project and many other manipulative abilities far greater and more skillful than the lower tiered counter parts. The greater narcs / master manipulators are extremely careful with their words and will listen to you first before they choose their manipulative ploy. We must be careful ... while loving ourselves at the same time.

FEAR! After a good 6 years I reached a point of no fear, and then after my ex saw me w/my new partner, something *very* strange happened. We were in the theater very coincidentally, he was sitting right in front of me. I said hello to him and he looked *very* uncomfortable. This was over a decade after we had finished. He RAN out of there after the show, and never whatsapped or emailed me ever again. Strange thing is that the ultimate victory is served when u no longer care, and u almost feel sad for them.

When I finally defeated my narcissistic wife (now ex-wife) she went nuts and totally lost it. She trashed our home and took as much of my stuff as she could including some very heavy tools, car polish right down to my coffee machine and coffee cup warmer. Stuff she would never use but took just to upset me. The judge was not impressed with her and ordered her to pay me the full cost of the repairs I had to make to our house in order to sell it. She made the divorce insane and went through three lawyers. Each one got to a point where they refused to act for her. Happy now I'm rid of her and I got custody so of the children so life is good again.

@@madanreddy6970 Depends where you live. The family courts are biased against men so it will be tough. In my case I was the primary care giver and I could prove it. My eldest daughter was 13 almost 14 at the time and she was at the age where she could tell the court who she wanted to live with. She said she wanted to live with me so her custody was a slam dunk. Custody of my younger daughter went to me as well because the court would not split the kids up, and because I was the primary care giver.

The financial repercussions of having had one live with you can last years after they've been gone though. It got so bad I had to have his squatter ass evicted from my home and he still wouldn't leave for 5 more months. Apparently squatters have rights. Thank God we weren't married. He's aging out so he had to find new supply ( as a caveat, she is barfly) (oh ya, I didn't just deal with a covert narcissist, but an alcoholic too)) of which he was quick to get engaged which happens to be literally half his age...

I had this experience. When I was figuring out my narc in one discussion we were having, I was asking some questions and he wouldn't look at me at all. I asked him (respectfully) if he could please look at me while we were having the discussion. He said, "No, just keep talking." I see now that I was intimidating him (just by being a normal person) because I was removing his mask.

@RebeccaZung. This video is dead-on correct. I have a narcisisstic sibling that was playing the long game to try to get my late mom’s assets. My mom did not have a will. However, she did make me beneficiary and/or co-owner on her bank accounts and joint tenant with right of survivorship on her house. So now, when my mother passed, my narcisstic sibling said some weird things when I presented a copy of the deed showing this. When I consulted an estate attorney and real estate attorney in my area, they both told me that if my sister wanted to sue, that she had no case. I thank you for your videos for showing me how to deal with a narcissist and how to recover after having to exist in that narcisstic fog. I no longer have #nofear . May God bless your work.

Thank you Rebecca. I have watched a lot of your vids, you have helped me in so many ways. I have gone 8 ths "No Contact" except for 1 email. He was trying to hoover with 3 to 4 voice messages a week over 8 mths.Some sounding crazy, some love bombing & some angry. He is blocked but uses the private option when he calls. I sent an email using your words. It worked!! Only one call in over a mth, this time offering me $10,000 to spend some time with him. Now that is just sad.

I knew I was free when l started skipping most NPD videos (not yours) because l'd already been there and done that. I took the time to go over every scam, lie and dramatic scene, and once l realized my codependency allowed the NPD access to my head and heart, l turned to healing myself. I'm worth it, she wasn't. Covert for 14 yrs... stayed strong...watched his behaviour overvthevyears and came to the same conclusions as some of your videos... the only thing I needed was the confirmation that I was headed in the right process for defeat... your vids confirmed that... doing great now... self confidence is back and super strong....and without making him feel as if he's been defeated... running smooth as butter ... thank you... you have confirmed everything I needed to prove I wasn't insane.. it's almost like you transfer your confidence through your videos.. My ex flooded my gmail.I would block him,he would create a new one. He would threaten me, & then love bomb me in one paragraph. He got so scary that I decided to get a restraining order. I started the process in August. My FINAL hearing is November 10th. At our last hearing he was Combative with the judge and the bailiff. I am PRAYING that I am granted a more permanent restraining order. Wish me luck.

I know that I have defeated my Narc sibling when the threat of blackmail no longer has any power whatsoever. I did not give in to blackmail and now I am free. The Probate Court matter was decided in my favour, so I won😊

Yes!! Can't do enough for you trick..I know it so well right then I knew I was winning..or I did something right 😊.. But when I finally won I guess you could say. .I felt a heavy feeling come off my chest and I didn't cry alone anymore.right then I knew I had control of me again..

Narcissists are made in hell. Look closely you will see their horns and tail. Mine just cam back after running away coz I called her out. Now she is acting lovey dovey, cooking for me etc. But I can see through her and treat her like she doesn't exist. She greets me I greet her back. She gives me food I ignore her and do my own. She is seething inside and I don't care
