1/2 medium yellow onion
4 medium to large garlic cloves
10 to 15 basil leaves (.3 oz or 7 g)
2 chicken breast (medium to large in size)
1 tbsp neutral tasting oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Italian dry spice mix
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
