I've watch this when i was 4 yrs old,using my mom's phone, and I still remember it

good idea to also squeeze some lime directly on the avocado... I prefer to do this then wrap tight in plastic wrap vs with the onion because the fruit will absorb the onion flavor.

Cool. I am an avocado lover. I put the other half submerged in a container with cold water with skin side up. I used to add a little lemon juice, but don't bother with it anymore.I kept them for 2-3 days like that. No air under there. LOL I am freezing some this minute and going to vaccum seal them in an hour or so. I was able to buy avocado in these little containers that I have in fridge. Not guacamole, just avocado. They have been sold out constantly, they are pricey. I would sure like to know how to do that.
