@DavisDiley I've spent a lot of years watching many different gym guys on youtube with tutorials and the problem is that they take 10+ minutes to explain something but my favorite thing with your videos is that you're straight to the point, no BS or time wasted. You're clear and concise. Highlight every muscle group worked and make it into the form of a short that is easy to find and rewatch to recheck my form for any movements. It saves me a lot of time during my workouts. Thank you very much for everything you do. You seem like a very humble and great guy and truly deserve all of your success 💪🏼

Mainly pull vertically and pull horizontally, with medium/normal grips you’ll hit pretty much everything

This is a truly great format, and I genuinely appreciate this as someone right between beginner and intermediate gym-goer. It's so strange that these minor adjustments will change an exercise so drastically, but close neutral grip pull downs are much easier for me to feel.

I love these kinds of videos. They really help in deciding which exercises currently fit your needs in training best. Instead of just telling you plain workout routines you can perfectly choose the exercises you want for the corresponding muscle groups. Keep it up!

big shoutout from russia been training for 3 years and so many information come past me. but it has been 2 moth since i training only by exercises you show in your videos.
