What color ink are you using?

I tend to get more quite a bit more blood when using a mag needle as opposed to a round shader, I havent done any large scale pieces yet, but why is that? Does the voltage usually need to be lower on a mag cartridge than a round shader? maybe im going too high and eating the skin a bit with the mag?

Man I love your channel. I used to tattoo when I was younger and since have forgotten soooo much. Recently tattooed my left arm ( first tattoo I’ve done in over 3 maybe 4 years). I was always so mad when I had poor color packing but realized now I was going to fast and feeling rushed. Your video that you did the red, orange and yellow color packing helped me out big time. I can’t get a stretch on my arm for the green leaves I did last week but with your technique I was able to get mostly a solid green pack and blend to the ( dynamic triple black ) dark shading. Just need to wait to heal full in some months away and then touch up a couple spots…. Thank you so much for your videos, you gave me inspiration to pick up the machine again. Excited to fill up the rest of my arm but I’m more excited to see how well the tattoos are I do on other parts of my body that I can use both hands for a proper stretch. Keep up the great videos bud I’m very happy to have found your channel and subscribed. Maybe I’ll switch my channel up and throw my tattoo progress on there lol.
