How To Use Handstand Canes | The Acro Classroom

4 жыл бұрынTrain difficult to do moves in AcroYoga on canes before trying it on your friend. This is a great way to build up strength and technique for moves like corc, L-sit, baby hand to hands, handstands and more. I break down each move with progressions to reach the final skill.
If you want to buy a set a canes try searching on amazon or have a handy friend build one for you. Make sure the blocks are measured shoulder width apart to match your shoulder width.
Keep practicing and eventually you will master each skill!

be careful starting off in baby h2h! i've seen a number of first-attempters (without wall or spotter) roll over onto their head/spine; depending on landing surface, it can be ouchy. thanks for the drills!

brandon armstrong Yes of course, that’s why I expressed not going vertical. That only happens if you try to go strait with the body instead of plache. That’s for your thoughts :)

You can find some on amazon:) Mine were made for me by a friend.
