it depend on ur need, if u need smartwatch that have smartphone function in ur watch dont pick huawei gt. if u need watch that have good battery, nice body, and good fitness or health programm in watch u can go to huawei gt

dk if u bought it alr but it just says u have 7 msgs but if u are looking at ur watch while the notifications are coming in you'll see all of it one at a time, but for Instagram you'll see each individual msg. dk how that works but ya

I have a Watch GT from last year and it does an amazing job with sleep tracking, so I guess this one is at least as good.

It’s not an Android watch though, just pointing out in case you plan to install Wear OS apps and such.

I am sure it's good for sleep tracking, since Watch GT already good. It can detect your sleep even if you are sleeping for only a while.

You may need to consider before buying a watch for sleep tracking... Everyone I know used that function for a week, no more. It is pointless to deal with that. But if you insist, buy a small smart band instead.

I personally haven't used this yet but the watch is a bit on the big side in my opinion.

Big improvements for those that want to run without their phone! You can take your music and bike or run without having to bring your phone with you. Also, if you do bring your phone and you are biking, I can answer a call while I ride on my watch... another big plus for me! The extra workout modes is yet one more plus, so I will upgrade

@@nashvillenobody if you ride your bike and listen to music in your BT headphones (which is pretty common) you already have the option to answer without reaching for your phone, so I don't think that particular answering feature gives that much more. I think the noise while riding (wind, traffic etc) makes it worse than using common BT ear plugs. It's just my opinion of course, but I'll wait for another watch before tossing my old GT.

yes if you mean bluetooth it can be used without. but it records to the Huawei health app. I have the Huawei P30 Pro and the battery doesn't get used much.

No, not really. I own one. It is not blazing fast, that is true. But if it was blazing fast then selecting options would be pretty damn terrible on a small screen.

Battery life 5 days? LOL If you block all the features maybe you can reach 5 days but.. then you are having the same performance than in the huawei.

Which is ridiculous. You want Whatsapp, Gmail, and so on and so for? You got your smartphone for that. Putting that much functionality in a watch destroys battery life, forces you to turn off the AOD feature and in so makes the whole idea of having a watch pointless. Making phones from your watch is one of the most ridiculously terrible ideas somebody came up with. You get terrible audio quality, but at the same time you expose your conversation to others and destroy the battery of the watch. Use your phone for that! I really wish companies would stop to throw everything inside a watch, which is supposed to tell you the time, deal with quick notifications, some sport track and not much more. God I do miss Pebble.

@@charliesuperetic0 blocked which features? I've not blocked any features. Google assistant (GAssist), GoPro app are the two most used apps on my watch. I'll tell you what kills the battery... Inexperienced watch face creators. Find a decent watch face and never worry about battery again. Personally I'm not a watch face swapper. I found one I like and have stuck to it. Of course there is always the best ever feature when in a pickle (watch going flat) and that is reverse wireless charge from my Samsung galaxy S10. I'm sure this watch has that feature as well 😉

@@AlejandroLZuvic it's a simple notification, it's not a function of the watch. Just like the Fitbit. I think you have gotten the wrong end of the stick. The only thing I found that kills the watch are rogue watch faces. Nail the face and it's the best smart watch on the market. I received a call last night while I was making dinner and it was very convenient taking the call while both hands were using utensils. I've found depending on the room or surroundings one doesn't have to hold your arm up to your mouth. Or simply talk louder. There is a time and place for everything. As for AOD, that's pointless! I don't even have it on my phone. The idea behind AOD was created by some fool who longed for the old days of seeing something constantly on. If I'm not looking at my watch why should it be left on? The whole point of the screen going blank when not looking at it, is to save energy and turning on when I look at it. That in my opinion is one of its greatest features along with the fact that when the battery is on its last percentage, I simply reverse my S10 and wirelessly charge the watch.
