Hey Robert. The birds you are talking ( 9:00 ) about they also work for spotting other kind of fishes, if the birs are closer to the water that means the fishes are closer to the surface, if they are up in the skyes then the fishes are very deep.

A month late but just wanted to share you werent the only one who had a sight catch this week. I was on a charter, hooked up on a marlin in Punta Cana, I got him to the boat and he spit the hook. Would have been cool to see it on the deck

The way you feel about Los Buzos/Cambutal…I feel about Panama period. Btw, no need to hate on the Needlefish/Houndfish…they are actually delish and it’s not the meat that is blue but the bones. i have eaten plenty of them fried up in Panama. Gonna miss ya this weekend in OC again, ohwell such is life! Tight Lines bro and safe travels🤙🏼 🙏🏼 to be in Panama around New Years for a couple/few weeks. One day, I’ll run into you. One more thing…I have mentioned this before when you’ve talked about ceviche. I told you…go to Peru to get the REAL DEAL. Well looks like Peru came to Los Buzos! Also…the unpopped popcorn is called: canchita! Now you know bro🤙🏼

Robert, My strike finally came in. The idea I was thinking was like how you have your gaff on the side. Instead I was going to place my landing net. Think its better to have loose on the deck. Happy w the LS. Bret SYOTW
