I wonder if the death of Kentaro (Berserk) affected Togashi in some ways. I hope he doesn't push himself too hard. I love HxH and I definitely want him to continue writing it. BUT I would never want him to over exert himself.

The biggest takeaway for me is that Togashi feels healthy enough to produce content and i think thats pretty neat

Honestly Hunter x Hunter has potential of being one of the greatest manga of all time if it was consistent. I never get bored of this series

Little known fact: Tekking was originally a hunter x hunter reviewer, and picked up one piece to fill the gaps during the hiatuses.

I think Miuras death may had some impact on his decision. Just him thinking about a masterpiece like berserk not finishing by Miuras hands himself. That had have made him feel some type of way for sure.

I just recently started reading hunterxhunter. Currently on volume 2. It's crazy that HunterXHunter has been on hiatus for about 3 and a half years. YuYu Hakusho is one of my all time favorite anime. Yoshihiro Togashi is the George R.R. Martian of the manga industry.

I hope that Togashi gets motivated to keep creating chapters with the amount of support he's recieved just from putting out a couple tweets

HXH must have one of the most dedicated/loyal fanbases of any series ever. I don't read the manga and I'm afraid to start since it will likely be on another hiatus by the time I'm caught up but respect to everyone that sticks by it.

I would love to have a HxH novel. I'm more invested in the story rather than the art. Not because art is bad but if it's too difficult for Togashi I would rather now the story he wants to tell.

You should read the Stormlight Archive series, Tekking. Amazing books with great magic systems. Definitely could reread 100 times.

Honestly, I've read the Chrollo vs Hisoka fight like four times over the hiatus and I just love it so freaking much man. HxH being back is the perfect motivation for me to reread the fight again, along with everything that came after.

12:30 I know exactly what you mean Tekking. I dunno what it is about Togashi's works, but they are very re-readable/re-watchable. For me it's the Dark Tournament in Yu Yu Hakusho. I'm confident I rewatched that arc at least 10 times,, it's my favorite arc in all of anime and I can never get bored of it. I put Togashi up there as one of the best mangakas out there. Hell, the nen system is tied with stands as my favorite power system in manga, he just explains it so well and makes it so interesting.

I finally read the manga. Yesterday I literally googled how many days has it been since the last chapter.

hehehe I scrolled by 3 diff notifications before I decided to click yours after a bunch of other catching up on vids I was doing for the day... Of course 12 hours later Im hearing about Tekking scrolling past the news until he finally clicks hehe As Relatable as EVER Tekking! hehe yeah I bet it will be back to Hiatus but MAYBE all the Wildly exciting stuff in the Manga world got them ready to Actually release the next few chapters... Tekking, I would love to see a compilation of your summaries on all the chapters on the boat. Up until the princes, I had a firm grasp of what was going on. I'm completely lost right now. It's way too dense and difficult to parse thru with my work schedule and the fact that I just don't do stuff like that. Watching you for years has helped me understand what was going on in one piece many times. I'd love to have something like that for hunter x hunter. Maybe just do a couple summary videos about the different princes, the mafia, and maybe a video breaking down all of kurapikas abilities and the info we gained the last couple times. I'm begging you tekken, help me feel not dumb when I read these new chapters. PLEASE.

This the best news I have heard in a long time hell yeah glad we can get some HXH this year. I would also like to note that Togashi does have kids so that mite have played a part in the breaks other then his back pain. But I do also think his kids are in there late teens by now.
