They’re not actually legal, but the problem is that mobile game ads aren’t exactly the FTC’s top priority, so these games just keep getting away with blatantly false advertising because no one bothers to stop them

11:02 I don't know if anyone has said this already, but it seems to be that what the ad is trying to say is that this game is something you can do while under extreme pressure, e.g. being scolded by a toxic ex. It's a horrible execution, but I understand what they're going for.
