I actually left a review on the App Store about the game asking why they had such weird and inappropriate ads, and they actually replied something like “Ohhh we just feel that these ads reflect CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT so the audience can get a feeling of who are characters really are… even if it doesn’t effect the actual game!!”

Honestly I find the ads hilarious, and it's by no means worse than the consort games or ads that border on being porn. The fact they lean into it earns some mad respect from me, even if I've never sought out the ads or game themselves.

Full story of Lilly's garden: Lilly was together to a guy called Blaine, when finding out she's pregnant he bounced outta that joint. When he heard Lilly wasn't pregnant, he got together with her again and married her. She got bored of Blaine, so he had an affair with the waiter, marrying him instead. Lilly done left Blaine's ass. Then lily becomes pregnant from the waiter, unlike Blaine he's a caring and lovely father and husband. Until, the two were at a party when lily saw her best friend and her man kiss. She broke up with the waiter. Then she found only excitement through the laundry room, and so she had a lovely night with her friends. What will Lily do? Find out on the next episode of Dragon ball Z

To answer your question of what's the story: there is no story. Well, no one story. The ad takes plus in a multiverse, wherein every scenario shown in the ads is canonical, even the ones that seem contradictory. it's all about possibility and the butterfly effect and whatnot.
