Chicken - 1/2 kg
Oil - 100ml
Onion - 1 medium size
Curd - 200 ml
Cinnamon - 6

Cardamom - 6
Dry grapes - 20
Cashew - 15
Ghee - 1.5 tablespoon
Saffron - little pinch
Chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Green chilli - 5
Corinder leaves - little pinch
Mint leaves - little pinch
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tablespoon
shahi zeera - 1/4 tablespoon
Salt - 3/4 tablespoon
Lemon - 1/4 piece
Water - 1.5litre
Salt for water - 1 tablespoon

Nice attempt Jabbar bhai. Just a few points here.... In Hyderabad, Chicken/Mutton is not cooked 50% or 70% before adding Rice....... Simply have the chicken masala marinade ready in the bottom layer, then add 75% cooked rice in layers, and put on DUM for 30 mins... no need to COOK the MEAT before. :)

@Jabhar, @Tofique - I lived in Hyderabad for ~7 years and loved the Chicken Biriyani there. The portions served in the restaurants is also large just like the hearts of the people in Hyderabad. Very friendly, supportive people. The finish of the Biriyani is just like the ones I experienced in Charminar ! Well done. You made it look so simple.

Biriyani came really well, I have reduced the chilli and red chilli powder so spicy found low... I thought that if I put the exact amount as you given in the video, the spicy could be high, Then I came to know that you have told us the right quantity..... Here I have learned...
