True story (can prove it with pics). I met Neil Breen while on holiday in the states. We had my friend/hosts severely disabled brother with us and Breen was an absolute gentleman, funny, kind, patient and had plenty of time for anyone who wanted to talk to him. His films might show he has a huge ego, and yes he is completely crazy, but honestly, he is actually a cool and nice guy !...

In all the truly bad movies I've ever seen, you can just about always figure out what they were TRYING to do or achieve in a scene. In fact, a lot of the fun in bad flicks comes from marveling at the size of the chasm between cinematic ideal and actual execution. But Breen's stuff is so completely alien and other-worldly that we're totally lost and without a clue. His utter inability to communicate even the most basic human feelings is just staggering. Doesn't he know ANYTHING about human behavior?? Does he actually think that's what a criminal gang looks like, and that's what they do all day? Has no one ever taken Neil to the movies, or let him watch TV, so he could learn the basic conventions of drama? Where was Breen born? On Saturn??

I've seen quite a few really funny reviews for this movie, but this is by far and away the most hilarious! I literally laughed out loud and had to rewatch parts I missed over and over... This is too funny. "But on the plus side he can piss Sprite!!!!" I'm crying!!!

Those scenes with the gang hanging around the old house are fantastic. My favorite character is the long haired old dude, especially when it just cuts to him staring into the camera, completely silent and with no real expression on his face. What's great is that his newest movie is, in many ways, essentially a remake of this film just as Fateful Findings might as well be a remake of Double Down.
