And just to add to the sentiment in Ro’s video, if you’re a lady you can still eat/need more food than your boyfriend, dad, brother, etc! I’m 5’5 and my boyfriend is over 6 foot. I’m a very active gal and I eat more than him a lot of the time just to maintain :) everyone’s needs are different. You don’t necessarily need less just cause you’re a girl ❤️

Honestly same I'm 5'5 but I eat about the same amount as my brother in law and he has to be about 6'1 but I run about two or three miles every morning sometimes three or four if the weather is really nice I've been told by a lot of girls in my school that I was eating "too much" and I was eating "too many carbs" jokes on them I maintained the same weight because of my life style the only time I really gained weight from what I was eating was during the winter and that's because my runs we're not as long and for obvious reasons it was really just too cold to run as long I'm considering investing in a treadmill for when the weather is bad

People who say "this is so unhealthy" need to check in with themselves and ask themselves where exactly is that sentence coming from, because very likely it's coming from an unhealthy, restrictive mindset that they won't acknowledge. Balance is key! That being said, I want to thank you for this video and for continuing to be here to encourage the rest of us! I've been in recovery since September 2021 and I've been following you since the beginning of your journey. I am so happy you made it this far and I'm so proud of you! I would just like to say, I often eat a similar amount to this after recovery and maintain my weight! My body has completely leveled out and some days this is an amount I need to not feel hungry and keep living my best life. Just wanted to add this for anyone watching who’s still eating this much after weight restoration and wondering if it’s ‘too much’. Like she always says, everyone’s bodies are different, it’s okay to be a person eating portions that are larger! Well done Ro, I know it can be hard eating more than what your body is used to. Loved the messages in this video ❤️

love this!! i always worry about food being nutritious (for the sake of my other body parts etc.) and then get worried im falling off the recovery bandwagon, but this video has shown me you can eat loads of food, including treats and also nutritious food and portion sizes don't matter. All food is good, and I can have fruit and veg without restricting what i have done in the past. i don't feel as obsessed with portion sizes/what im eating, just eating a varied and well balanced diet is what our bodies need!!

Being pregnant, I get ravenous some days and absolutely eat this much. Other days I stay full longer and eat less. Feeling more extremes within my hunger spectrum and allowing myself to eat intuitively while pregnant has really helped my mindset about my own diet. Even when a body isn’t pregnant, it’s going through different processes and needs more or less food based on that. It’s ok to eat food because it tastes and feels good. I remember being scared about gaining so much weight while pregnant. I looked up articles that said you only needed to eat a small amount of calories more each day. My experience hasn’t supported that sentiment. The ravenous days I’ve had, I couldn’t rationalize not eating more because my baby needed it. I had to stay satiated because my baby was growing and I wanted him to grow well. The pregnancy weight gain has stayed consistent and completely healthy. Pregnancy goes through little growth spurts and I think your hunger levels reflect that. I feel that this experience will allow me to respect the cycles my body goes through naturally and feed it without shame.

Loved this!! Uni eating is so obscure haha I valued ur last video and covered the mirrors in my room (I’ve done all the mental work and I’ve been stable for months with a slight dip) & it’s helped! Would love to see a video of eating oven food for a day haha! Like hashbrowns, garlic bread, packet meal, just oven bits init✨

Ro thank you for your bravery. I am extremely upset and distressed after restoring everything I lost in anorexia AND MORE. Your videos are the only thing that has kept me from regressing.

Hey Ro, thank you so much. Thank you so much for keeping my best friend going. You always motivate her to eat something, even if it really isn’t easy for her. She only started recovery two months ago and she can barely eat at all. If I‘m being honest, it’s pretty hard watching her trying to eat sometimes, but I know she’s trying and she does want to get better. Your recovery motivates her that she can do it, too, and I am incredibly thankful for that, love you

I have never considered myself to have an ED, but I had massively unhealthy restriction patterns for a very long time as a result of past substance abuse. Ro's videos are amazing because they come from such a kind, nurturing space in her heart and they can't not make you feel lovely. I'm sure people like myself and people with many other complicated relationships with food, body dysmorphia, mental illness etc., could agree that this channel is just such a wonderful place to spend time while you're struggling.

you really show what a bully anorexia is and that recovery is worth it, despite the feelings of difficulty. this video is really interesting and informative because it shows that we are all different! we aren't the same! so we shouldn't be the same! and bea is just adorable🥺
