While I was in Oklahoma I went to Cattleman's Steakhouse and had their specialty menu item "Lamb Fries". I was SHOOK when I found out what they really were. Also, shoutout to Selena our server, she was the best!

LOL I could watch a whole season of Nick trying new foods around the US. And I think people started eating "balls" back in the day when slaves had to eat whatever was left over. The plantation owner got the "good parts" and left the slaves to eat what's leftover. (That's just a guess though.)
