Always remember Valentina....when you cook Filipino dish, never forget GARLIC, ONION and TOMATO.....especially when you sautee or soup dishes.

Coca cola you can marinade in fried chicken, sprite you can cook in big shrimp with garlic,,, royal to orange also cook in sauce of fried chicken

You can also try ampalaya salad. Blanch the ampalaya, add red onions, or if you prefer sweet and sour by adding vinegar, sugar, a bit of water, fried anchovies or dilis. Here, in the Phils, Filipinos love to taste umami flavor. Every cooking either if these ingredients are a must MSG, Knorr magic sarap, bouillon cubes, soy sauce, patis.😅

that is sarsyadong ampalaya very delicious and nutritious 1of my favorite filipino dish they say its good for high blood sugar so if your a fruit fan this vegetable is good for you

Ginisang ampalaya, onion , garlic, onion all in small pieces , tiny small cut ampalaya , cook until become soft and add ampalaya stir and ready to ear wt rice ❤
