Thank you for this very informative overview. As every time I am very moved by your openness and you sharing such private thoughts with us. I feel very priviledged. I stayed 4 days at a Vipassana forest monastery - Wat Pa Tan Wua in Northern Thailand in April. No reservation necessary, you just needed to turn up before 4pm and stay as long as you want. It is a wonderful place and my short experience there gave me strength and a breath of fresh air.

Hi Julia I truly enjoyed that video I long to travel to a meditation retreat like those. I do intend going to do a 10 day silent retreat at Sunyata meditation centre in Snaty Co Clare Ireland.
