My boyfriend and I just recently celebrated our 6 year anniversary and we got engaged on December 17, 2015! We are so, so happy and feel very blessed with the love God has given us!!! :) Unfortunately though, I have not been doing well, so I update you on what's been going on and just plain real life with chronic illnesses.
Even though life is difficult and may seem like more than I can handle at times, I'm very thankful for the beautiful life God has given me and I'm happy to connect with all of you. I pray that life is treating you kindly! Hope today is a good day! :)

Oh my goodness CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Even though I don't know you personally and have just started watching your videos, I feel like I'm watching a close friend announce her engagement. It is SO incredible that you two have found each other and can show the world what true love, agape love, the same incredible love God has for us, really looks like. You alone are such a bright light in this world and I'm sure you must shine brighter with him at your side, as he does by yours. (Oh and your ring is PERFECT!!! Major points for him and a beautiful reason to never not have your nails done professionally ;)) I am so sorry to hear that you're not doing well otherwise, though. I am doing and feeling the same way with my health but it just breaks my heart to know that you're dealing with a full on ambush from your body with no relief, when right now all you should be thinking about/doing is showing off your ring and pinning a million wedding ideas to your Pinterest boards. I am praying for you and if you ever feel like venting or talking to someone who understands at least some of the stuff you're going through I'd love to email or chat or whatever. You should know that you make such a difference in peoples lives, and thats just what I can see in your video comments, I'm sure there are so many more who don't comment. Seeing the word "Engaged" in your title alone gives me so much hope for my own life. I can clearly see that God has taken care of you by giving you this wonderful man to walk with you through this incredibly difficult life you've been given. You are tough as nails on your own but God must really want to let you know that you can relax a little and share some of this burden that this wonderful man no doubt wants to take away from you. I know the fear I feel when I think about my future and things like marriage with a chronic and debilitating illness, but seeing you find such a wonderful man who wants to be with you no matter what, gives me so much hope. Thank you for sharing all of this with the world. You are such a sweetheart and you're about to make your new fiancé a very blessed man...forever :)

I pray and hope that better days come to you soon, giving you relief, comfort and peace. I can tell by your very sincere and sweet comment that you have a beautiful heart and soul and I'm honestly so proud of you for doing your best each day. As someone who suffers from multiples illnesses as well, I know how hard it is first hand to deal with pain all the time and you should be so proud of yourself. God is preparing you for bigger blessings and opportunities than you can imagine. :) He is preparing someone special for your life who will understand and love you the way you are, sickness and all. Congrats you two! I am SO happy for you and that you and I both have a great, supportive, best friend by our sides as our husbands. I hope you feel better soon. I've been dealing with Crohn's, kidney stones, migraines, sciatica, etc. and when I have pain it's hard to treat because of my tolerance to even the heaviest meds. They barely work at all now. Also my husband was off of work for 3 months because of migraines, and the procedure he had that was supposed to work did not end up working this time. Please pray for us if you can. I'll continue to pray for you.

Congratulations on your engagement!! I also have endometriosis and adenomyosis, and having a really difficult couple of weeks with it. My surgery is August last year didn't do much to help my pain unfortunately. Thank you so much for this video, it really helped me feel like I'm not alone. I hope things are improving for you

+dramaqueen412 Awww thank you so much! :) We are so happy to be engaged! I'm so sorry that you have both endometriosis and adenomyosis. I was diagnosed with adenomyosis last year but a diagnosis of endometriosis is still being thrown around, though it's highly suspected, just looking for a better specialist to help me figure it out since I'm still having tons of pain. I hope you know that you are never ever alone in your fight. Also, you are much stronger than you know! I hope and pray that better days of less pain come to you soon, you deserve a break! *hugs :) Thanks for watching and being so kind!

Congratulations! I had a horrible vacation to Texas (I cried on my friends floor most of the time) I had just had surgery and flying just caused the flare of all flares. I'd love to see a video on your experience if you wouldn't mind. I hope you get more spoons soon!

Congratulations on your engagement! Your ring is absolutely beautiful! I have to ask -- have you been tested for Lyme disease? Your symptoms scream Lyme to me. Lyme can be any symptom under the sun. I actually think I got Lyme disease in Orlando when I was in third grade. Sending love. xx

Thank you for the congrats! As far as Adenomyosis, a doctor can make a 99% guesstimate that someone has Adenomyosis by the feel and look of the uterus during surgery and through an MRI looking at the thickness of the uterus, which is what my doctor saw. A complete diagnosis is made when the uterus is removed and seen in pathology results.
