I've been struggling with my pulling training. So I made myself the challenge to learn the pull to touch front lever in only 30 days. This was a serious one, incredibly hard but in this video you see how to do the pull to touch front lever, what is the pull to touch and is it possible to learn in 30 days?

very good progress specially considering the short time! Still doesn't count as a rep for this reasons: * no deadstop when starting the pulling * piked hips * rounded shoulders * overall not straight line neither at the init of the movement or at the top * most important, not touching the bar, nor for the 3sec to count but neither 1 sec All that being said, congrats on your progress and Im looking forward to the next video!

could you do a vid explaining how you train push and pull the same day for super sets?? i mean, if you want to train planche and front, if you attemp front right after planche shouldnt it be affected?? and congrat, keep it up ❤‍🔥👊🏾

antagonist supersets & even antagonist paired sets will always be worse for performance than straight sets. Don't do them if you want to get anywhere with hard skills like planche. Only superset for isolation work at the end of a sesh with like curls & tricep extensions.

Bro, amazing video as always, but this shit looks dangerous for someone without a solid front lever base so I would suggest not to attempt this at home. I challenge you to do the pull with scapula retracted next time.

You can just compare your FL touch form and the form of your FL PU to touch , and you'll see that you lack 3~4 cm for a valid PU to touch, but good progress 👍

Tbhimo you know, advantaged (short) guys really shouldn't be acting and teaching like they are the experts in these moves. It's like any gifted people. It just doesn't really apply to the rest.
