Love the video and editing. Keep it up! Can I ask you how you exactly did the edits on the pictures in this video? Love it, and totally not overdone. I’m about to buy the canon r6 with the rf 24-105 f4 lens, cant wait!!

Hello, I recently purchased the RF 24-105 and have been searching for videos to see other's experience with it. I enjoyed your video. Amazing how much your experience coming out of the lock-down mirrors ours here in the states. Norwich is a lovely city. I've been to Seattle Washington several times and it has a similar vibe. Very walkable. When I shot there I focused mostly on the architecture. I am curious to do more street photography, but I'm very apprehensive because I don't want to invade people's private moments. Additionally, I am not a professional photographer, but some day I could foresee trying to sell my work. Releases are an issue here in the states. I certainly don't want to walk around asking people to sign a release after I've snapped their photo. At the same point ya never know whether the photo you just took could someday be a world-wide smash hit! LOL! Perhaps I overthink a little...? LOL! But I am curious to hear your thoughts about these considerations. Do you sell your street photography? Do you worry about releases? Are things different in the UK? Thanks so much from Stow, Ohio USA.

Apologies for the late reply! Releases aren’t something I’ve ever had to consider here, but then again I haven’t thought about selling any of my street photography! You may be overthinking it but that’s normal haha, it’s good you want to get out there and try street photography. Maybe get familiar with the laws in your area before you go out. But you won’t regret taking the risk of putting yourself out there! Street photography is daunting at first but quickly rewarding 😊

@@deryncorbett Not actually overthinking it at all. I was just curious how you addressed such matters in your part of the world. I do know that someone taking my picture without my permission would feel awkward at best. I know some folks would feel it to be a violation of their privacy. I don't think it's a simple matter at any rate.

Nice video! What would you prefer, spending the same amount of money, between the RF 24-104 f/4 L and the Sigma 24-70 f/2.8 (+ EF/RF adaptor)?

Thank you! When shooting street I’m always in manual, I have been experimenting with aperture priority more but that’s mostly with any couple shoots I do 😊

I have an R with 24-240 & 35mm, but I’m looking into RF f/2.8 v RF f/4 lenses with their respective trinity’s & size, weight & price on potentially an R5. I also like to shoot wide at night , one lens canon doesn’t have quite yet.

Thank you! I’m always on continuous autofocus and switch from either face + tracking to area AF 😊

Hello all the way from Newfoundland, Canada, I found this video while checking out the Canon EOS R combined with the 24-105, I’m looking to jump back into photography, (the last camera I had was the Canon T2i !! ) I’ve been away from it for a while, love your shots btw !
