Honestly I haven’t had the guts to start meditating again after some recent traumas like losing my dad. Well, I did it with you guys. And whoever else watching that participated. I've tried meditating before and I think because of my ADHD it's impossible to do by myself, so the guided meditation was a real treat. I started crying a few moments in though. I've been going through some things, including my youngest dog passing away. For gratitude, I thought of my other dogs who I'm now even more scared of losing, so I cried even harder. I feel more like an emotional wreck than at peace right now but I guess it's better that I'm letting it out.

i saved my cats whiskers as well and now that shes passed, im actually very happy i did haha. i ordered a mini felt figure replica of her and put her real whiskers in it so they arent just sitting in a box anymore. miss the lil cutie ❤ also for anyone potentially curious: yes it was weird at first having a mini figure of her, but now that time has passed and im past the initial grieving, its actually really nice to have it. ive accepted that shes gone and am okay with that now, and having a lil figure in her memory helped with that a lot honestly.

Idk something's not sitting right with the person who put the camera in that couples room. Not only are they completely violating their privacy (pretty sure this is considered sexual harassment), they're also creating non-consensual videos of these people AND involving two non-consenting parties into their kink. Quite disgusting

I’ll be honest, I was one of the people that was going to click off when it came to the mediation. Listening to Brandon I decided to challenge myself and stay. I have not felt relief and calmness like that in years. It was beautiful. Reminded me that I am worthy of happiness, light and self love. I hope to do more of this for myself in the future. Technically, she scammed him. I think that could get her in trouble for that. He was gullible yes and honestly I think a lot of men are. I think it’s rather sad that it’s a bit “his” fault, considering that he just simply took her word for it. I’m gullible and I could easily fallen for something similar. Taking advantage of someone’s naïveté, that kinda f-ed up.

As someone who is also ace, they way the shower person described attraction totally makes sense. It’s not just because it’s their mom. Like I can se a really attractive figure and maybe even feel a little spicy about it, but if then that person wanted to have sex with me I’d be super uncomfy or even grossed out.

i work at a vet clinic and when my youngest cat got neutered my coworkers hung his testicles over my car mirror (they used the suture thread)😭 i would have kept them but i had nowhere to put them and my cats get everywhere so my cat was trying to eat his own balls😭

As far as the young woman (I’m assuming) being attracted to their mom, I remember a past episode where the therapist said it was actually common for many children to be attracted to their parents, particularly sons with their moms.

The guided meditation was actually very helpful for me, my gratitude visualisation was a swirl of water on the screen then it was flooding the image but in a calming way which brought a tear to my eyes I’ve been feeling really anxious and out of sorts recently
