When I was 3 I begged my parents to buy me a frog from the pet shop that was clearly retarded, developmentally speaking. It was blind in one eye, and half blind in the other. It also had only a half developed right hind-leg. That frog lived up until 3 years ago (30 years) and every time I see Will swim it reminds me of that genetically fukt frog that I loved for 30 of my 33 years on Earth. lol

Hi Will, great to see you giving swimming a try. 2 pieces of advice if you'd like to improve your technique: 1) Centre of gravity. It looks like you are struggling to find your centre of gravity in the water. The ideal posture for an adult differs due to body size and shape, but an easy way to find it is to try floating in the water (face down to find your freestyle and face up to find your backstroke) adjust your posture and see what position helps you float more. For me, my freestyle posture is arched back, tight core and shoulders back. Once you find a position that allows you to float, take note of it and try to replicate it when swimming your strokes. This will help you balance in the water and stop sinkijg as much. 2) Drag and propulsion. These are the basic physics of swimming. As a swimmer you want to maximise propulsion and minimise drag as much as possible. Actively think about this when you are swimming. As your hand enters the water, do so on an angle, keep your handspan wide and form a straight line from your fingertips to your elbow. This limb then essentially becomes your 'paddle'. Maximise propulsion as you pull this limb underneath your body by ensuring that the palm of your hand is angled directly against the flow of water, this increases your 'catch'. Be mindful of what parts of your body are creating drag and try to keep your body as streamlined as possible. 3) bonus tip! The kick is the biggest source of power for all strokes. It helps maintain the swimming rythm and maintains propulsion while you breathe and perform the recovery for each arm stroke. Steep hill walks are a great dry land activity to improve your kick, you can even add weights if these are too easy. In the water, 10x50m sprints with a kickboard is a good starting place as well. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to seeing your strokes imrpove!

Wills ability to eat is amazing. I’m a powerlifter and I eat 4-5k calories regularly on a “bulk” .. I can put away some food. But it’s spread out throughout the day and about half of it is very calorie dense/fat heavy. The sheer volume of what will eats in some of these videos is nothing short of amazing. Someone like me might be able to pull of one of these 2000 calorie meals but the insulin spike and dip makes it a wrap on the rest of the day. Will has world class resolve, great relatability and sense of humor. Among other qualities, he succeeds because he is almost superhuman but also appears very real.

The Speedo caught me off guard, but I'm really impressed by how hard he went on the swim practice. I'm only a third of the way through the video but well done Will. Swimming is hard, but its really cool to see you giving it a bash😁 Enjoying your content from South Africa😆

After dropping the weight and training and doing a 5k with my sister, I'm going to train from then on to swim better. I like swimming a lot and would like to get better, so I'm going to re-join a gym and look up a good exercise regime(or multiple) and see what works. Great content Will. I know this is on an older video, but still, you do great work.

I feel like this isn't gonna ever happen having in mind that it's a vid from 2021 but i wish for Will to tell us how much time does it take for him to prepare the food he is doing so we have a time reference as well. For me personally spending time to cook is really hard and i am trying to work on it and try to enjoy it as well. All the love to y'all fellas

I've always found energy drinks have an intense taste. anytime I drink them, which is not too often just to get through a tough workday, I always drink the zero sugar varieties, and they all seem to have a big, intense flavor, at least to me.

I think it’s really easy to see how far you’ve come with lifting weights, it’s pretty helpful to see you be determined to improve in something else. Gives some insight into the proper mindset for growth.

the energy drink consumption here is actually extremely dangerous. i had a loved one that has permanent damage because she consumed 6 redbulls in a single sitting when she was 15. she literally has to take pills to keep her heart rate down whenever she does anything thats gonna cause her heart rate to increase
