Out of all the “cold approaching” videos, this one was the most genuine & best one I’ve seen. No cheesy pickup lines, no forced chatter, no creepy vibes, no over the top gimmicks. to be clear the first approach wasn’t HIM doing the work. Kudos to him for doing the approach but this is what natural compatibility looks like. Notice how it was effortless on both ends bc both parties WANTED to participate and engage in conversation. With the overlap in interests (fitness) it made it even easier, therefore creating attraction. You cant hope to have this with every interaction and it’s important to know what actually contributes to an interaction like this. So instead of “dude you killed it” its more like “dude you guys are a match”. it’s dangerous to contribute the interaction to JUST him or you will think all interactions/results you have with women only have to do with your “game” and that you have some sort of obligation to muster perfect results with EVERY girl you talk to. Which i will make clear, is NOT the point of dating and is why so many men end uo unhappy. The point is to find who you are most compatible with. Some people don't think he's introverted because he was able to talk with Sophie and hold a decent conversation, but let me say this: Even though he was able to do this, in his head he was most likely grasping for anything he could say to keep the conversation going; his heartrate spiked, and he wanted to leave the situation as fast as possible while still wanting to get her number. It's a very difficult task to perform as an introvert, and it puts so much stress on you to the point where you just have to take a deep breath after everything is over. We can most certainly communicate with people, being an introvert doesn't mean you can't, it just makes it 10X more difficult.

The first step is understanding these girls are humans just like us, as men we pedestalize these females as goddesses we are not equal to. But in reality she is just as nervous as you are when you approach her.
