Tens of thousands of people who had stepped on Russian landmines or were injured with the conflict at the time, flew on USAF planes to get free medical care.... how did they repay us for that? But yeah.. all we do is war.

It really isn't... A stealth plane has to be built that way from the start, or it just doesn't work. They gave the F15 an upgrade a while ago, a radar absorbant coating I think. It reduced its radar cross-section from barn-sized to bus-sized. If the US wants a better stealth fighter than the F22, they'll have to make one... Oh hey, they're making one !
