I prefer to be alone rather than spending time whith TOXIC persons.

Same thing happened to me. I degraded myself for someone I really love. He was my best friend We had a relation for 3 years he was always after me. We got married without our parents consent. Then a month and a half later he divorced me, saying he was better off single because he loved hi freedom more. I kept chasing him even after divorce. I literally cry everyday thinking I'm so lonely and he's the only one I can spend my life with. I really needed him because I live with my mother who is a cancer patient also schizophrenic. These kind of people don't deserve us.. I have become very mentally weak and I cry so much just for that guy who doesn't think of me as anything after that 3 year relation... And we should never degrade ourselves or lower our standards. Leave everything behind and start a new life... Good luck in forgetting the past👍

I have to agree with this, from the moment you comfortable with yourself, a lot of things start to change. You will no longer feel lonely when you are alone and, when you start to improve yourself, love yourself, the relationship you used to chase for, will comes to your life. The impact of loving yourself is very powerful. Till the end of the day you will find yourself gratitude with every happened event, either good or bad. I have been meditating, doing affirmations, going out more and I dont feel lonely anymore. Theres a difference between being alone and lonely.

Hi Jay! I had to endure a relationship that went wrong. It ended in a divorce. I had trouble sleeping and became almost socially impaired unless I forced myself out of it. A lot of energy wasted to keep myself sane made me feel quite ill. It did not help that his family deliberately lied to him. I don't follow your videos regularly but I am deeply influenced by your calmness. Without really knowing it, I have touched all the six milestones you mentioned. It has done me a ton of good. I am a writer today and am in a position to choose my work. My passion has now become my work too. Radhika n you continue the good work. Looking forward to more videos!

It's not being alone and spending time with my own thoughts is the problem. The problem is reaching a point, from where you don't wanna go back to spending time and interact with other people and i fear that I'm nearing it.
