Hi! I was informed by some viewers that this video was blocked on YT, so I looked into it and noticed the one song from Michael Jackson got blocked. My choice was to take the video down from YT, or trim out the song. So, I chose to trim it out. The countdown clock will no longer be accurate but I feel many of you who enjoy this video will prefer it's still up (minus the one song). Unfortunately, this is what happens sometimes with the copyrighted music videos:( I hope you still enjoy it.

I’m incredibly out of shape, & a huge weight gain, suffering from depression & mourning my mom. This was my first step back to regaining my health & feeling good about myself again! Thank you! It was fun & I feel better! Small steps, but I’ll get there!

Dancing around for 20 minutes gave me and my wife 2000 steps and we laughed the whole time. God, we can't believe we once went to clubs and danced like this all evening, in front of others! But it gave us a workout and we sweated! Gotten get off those Covid lockdown pounds and this is a fun and quick way. I gotta say my wife still look good!

Finally found an exercise, dance, movement video that I enjoy doing. I'll admit. I'll be 62 on September 1st. Many mornings I ache & just don't feel like doing much of anything. The music helps get me going. Just wanted to share & say thank you. Happy your video showed up as a suggestion when I did a search. I’ve been looking for a workout EXACTLY like this one! In my search for “strength training for women over 50” I came across your channel. I’ve worked out with you every day this week and today I stumbled upon this workout! I have NEVER smiled through an entire workout simply because of the music and the freedom to move to it!! I'm 67, fell a few years ago, left hip injury. Had 12 weeks PT, drugs for pain, still having issues, sometimes intense pain.This workout makes me feel capable again. Long enough to feel l'm doing something, but not so long to feel overwhelmed. Enough variety and adaptable to my current range of motion. Feeling encouraged and empowered after just one session.

I just discovered this recently from another viewer but there is also an option to pick up the pace, or slow them down a little bit in workouts which might help you. On the right hand corner of the screen, you can click the settings button. Hit 'playback speed' and then choose your speed. It makes it a great way to change the pace to cater the workout speed to what works best for you. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out. I just found this 70’s music workout! I am 69, over weight, out of shape and hardly any stamina. I almost quit halfway through, but I wanted to keep finding out what the next song was going to be! I finished the workout! I love it! Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️

You can always slow the pace down during any of these workouts. As you keep coming back, you'll improve and eventually you'll be able to go at the same pace with ease. The hard part is starting. On the days when I'd really rather not workout, I know that you've got a couple of tricks up your sleeve that will make me glad that I did. And trust me, doin' the Y-M-C-A with you works every time! I even notice that you pop a great big smile when the song starts! You can't resist it either!!! Love workin' out with you!

Hi I am 72 years old and teach water aerobics 3 days a week! Because of my husbands illness I can’t work 😢and these exercise routines are awesome ! The perfect amount of time doing them 2 or 3 times a day to stay in shape . Thank you for providing them love the music !

I'm 75 and thought I was way past this but to my delight I can do it. Ok so I had a few two minute rests but I am massively encouraged This is a routine that definitely works for me and it shows me which muscles are the weakest and need the most work. Fantastic - thank you. I really enjoyed it. Great music to dance to.

Tonight I finished the entire video! I have diabetes and very high blood pressure. The doctor had to add another prescription for my blood pressure. Blood sugar wasn’t controlled as I thought it was. The October visit got me thinking and researching. I realized I needed an exercise routine that I would stick to daily and I would enjoy. I found this workout with all my favorite songs. At first, I could only do four minutes but each day I was able to do a little more. Best thing when I went to the doctor today, I had lost three pounds and my blood pressure was down 40 points, from 190 to 150. Thank you so much for making all the different types of videos so everyone no matter what age or fitness can benefit. I’m looking forward to getting in better shape to try so longer and more intense ones. I’m retired now so I’m working to regain my health. Your videos are awesome and are as important as my pills.

I love it when KZfaq recommendeds a video I actually like! I will be 57 in August. I have Hashimoto's which didn't effect my energy level until MENOPAUSE. Then I developed hypothyroidism. My whole body drastically changed. I gained 20lbs! As a once thin person this is difficult to "wear". Losing weight doesn't seems possible and most days neither does exercising. I manage 4-5 days a week do 20 minute workouts with a 10 minute yoga/stretch before starting. I listen to my body so my thyroid doesn't punish me for working out too hard for it! This video showed up in my feed and I tried it. I really enjoyed it. My heart rate was acceptable, I definately did sweat, transitions were super easy and love the music. Thanks for working hard and sharing your knowledge without a fee.

I started insulin and started gaining weight immediately! Even with eating less. I’m a senior and just went on KZfaq and said “ Exercises for seniors”. Immediately found you. Started with 10 minutes..not enough. Moved to 15 minutes and felt like I needed to push it more so now I’m doing 20 minutes. Trying for two times a day. Really like your low impact on my knees and how you change up every 30 seconds. Thank you.

Jules I LOVE what you are doing for us! I laugh as I have MS and determined to work out to the end! I don’t stay in place like you do doing the kicks etc but I get them done!! I will be 67 New Year’s Day and the 60’s & 70’s music is priceless woth your workouts!! Loved I Will Survive that’s me! Blessings to you dear one!!

I create the copyrighted videos once in a while but there's always a risk of KZfaq blocking the songs, which in turn blocks the whole video. I understand how it's great to move to familiar music and I'm glad to read that you enjoyed it:)

Wow, this is my first time to finding your you tube video, and I totally loved it!!! The music was perfect, the scenery was perfect, showing some of the lyrics so I could sing along (my singing , lol!) and the silent approach was perfect for me. The bell that dinged was great for timing. Mostly, I just felt so good doing your video...thank you so much, you are awesome!!!! I will definitely look up your pattern!

I cannot express how grateful I am for your wonderful workouts & music selections. Also, I love the variety of short quick ones & also longer as you get stronger! I am 65 & have a lot of health issues, however I can do all or your steps pretty well and it has helped my depression and getting back into shape feel like fun. Here, also. No matter how much I walk and hike, I cant loose weight. I gained 37 lbs during the pandemic after being put on prednisone for 7 months for an autoimmune flare up and cant take it off even doing intermittant fasting. I found that following along with these videos gets my heart rate up! I love it, and its fun bc I used to love to dance! The times I cant do something I just raise my arms and dance! Im 71 next month and this extra weight is not helping my joints, heart, etc. Anxious to see the outcome. Thank you!

omg i am so happy i found you online. im 63 yrs older and this is perfect for me. I can speed it up or slow it down, and I love the bell. usually when i workout. im still stretching on my left and class has since gone on to the right. thank you for making me aware. i believe you are the only one that i have seen that does the bell. love love love. ❤. thank you again

This is excellent. I am 64. I am active. I love to walk. My extra weight is in my middle. That is where it seems to be hard to lose. I love to exercise to your videos. I love the mother daughter team. I am sweating when I'm done, but i give it 110 percent. You are AWESOME.

I am in 70s. During Covid 19 I exercise very hard. Never thought I was nearing 70. Then when I reached 70 last year I started to have pains in my hips so, I had to stop exercise. The doctor advised me to just walk. I wanted to move all my body therefore, I started searching in KZfaq and I found you. Thank you and to KZfaq for this easy exercise. This is good for 70s.

Congrats to you for searching for appropriate workouts that you could do and workouts that give you more than just the benefits of walking. Hey Joanne: Awesome. Stick with it, no matter how you might feel. There are always days when you might think 'Aww, I will rest today instead' and a day can quickly become 3 eventually, you might add some more exercises to do after this 20 mins, but don't rush it.
