Cereal first because it'll just float on the top of the milk. May as well eat it dry if you're going to put it second. Although, dry cereal is good if you're in the mood for it. I already agree that the watersouls go first, but you should also swish warm water in your mouth before because soap (toothpaste is basically mouth soap) spreads easier on a wet surface. And, no, under is wrong. Research has shown that under is a sign of a submissive personality. Only have your roll under if you want to guests to think you're _weak._

Yeah I know Wade is using alchohol as an excuse to be his naturally crazy self. And healing factors don't have to be very prominent at all to prevent getting drunk. Like, the super minor healing factor that comes with the Super Soldier serum is enough to keep Cap from getting drunk even though he was sitting there for like 3 days just drinking in TFA.
