Videos about Groo the Wanderer from Mad Magazine Writer and Cartoonist Sergio Aragonés. Comic Book artist Mark Evanier, Stan Sakai (who makes Usagi Yojimbo comics) and Tom Luth who is the colorist of the comics. Marvel comics used to publish Groo the Wanderer under the Epic Comics brand for artist owned comics. Before that Pacific Comics and Eclipse Comics published Groo the Wanderer. After Marvel Comics, Groo went to Image Comics for a year and for the longest time, Groo is published by Dark Horse Comics. Rufferto is Groo's Dog, Conan the Barbarian and Tarzan of the Apes have had crossover comics with Groo too.

As a fellow Canadian I feel your eBay shipping pain. Even worse is when they randomly charge me duty on top of the shipping. I say random because sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t, and it isn’t dependent on the value of the comic. But super happy for you haul.

Oh! Tell me about it! I’m sure we could swap stories all day about stupid prices, charges, mix-ups, etc with buying things out-of-country. I know I’ll do it again in the future, but for now… I’ve just got to say no! 😉

Ebay's global shipping program is EXCELLENT for single items and larger shipments. The seller could charge $2.50 inside the US but ebay jacks it up. And it makes combined shipping rough. Someone was selling some of the elusive Groo late 20s to 40 in the US at a great price and he was unwilling to work things out. Shipping would have been $80 on $20 worth of comics. Got them shipped to a mate in the US and he batched them up. At the same time, I got all of Sergio Aragones Funnies 1-12 for $28 shipping. Makes me look at the US with the same envy I had a as a kid and all the films and toys and video games came out there first. I'm working on getting the paperbacks too!! :)

I have had stuff shipped to a store just across the border to pick up, but then I have to deal with duty which I rarely have to deal with shipping. One way or another, they’re gonna get ya! 😂

That’s hilarious! My wife lived in Ecuador for a year when she was a kid and one of the only TV shows she recognized was called “Dynasty.” But of course it was dubbed in Spanish… “Dynastia” 😉 So whenever that word comes up in conversation, she pronounces it that way, and I guess it’s just become a “thing” to say in my house. 😀

Managed to find the Fanboy comics save for issue 6, that one is really hard to find.

Good job! I am lucky to have never had to search for single issues. I suppose I’m not too surprised that the last issue is the one that’s hard to find, especially of the series didn’t find it’s intended audience. I have looked at the collected Fanboy TPB though. That’d be neat to have.
