Alright day 1 for me...Done lol 🤣 it’s more than I’ve done all quarantine 😬 DAY 2, my arms legit have no strength for themselves... but finished. DAY 3, I feel like I was so slow today compared to the other 2 days and my arms could not. But so far I’ve been sweating like crazy. I’ve also been drinking a lot of water. Forgot to post day 4 lol but here I am day 5... just still tired lol I realized how much I need to work my arms out Not sure if anyone is following my thread lol but day 7 I weight myself and I have lose 3.5 pounds keep in mind I am very overweight however I will continue to do this and I’ll also be seeing if my waist sees a change in another week. I’ve just been drinking a lot more water. 7-23

THIS WORKS!!!! I've never sweated so much in my life!! TIPS FOR BEGINNERS if you can't keep up that's okay!! as long you keep moving even at a slower beat you'll get something from this...my whole body is sore and sweaty!

Idk y’all can’t really say it’s toxic just because someone gives you a weird look. If it was a look of disgust then yeah. But a weird look doesn’t automatically mean toxic. It only makes sense he’d give her a weird look not because “Omg ew” but as in a way of “WTH are you doing🤨😂”. If you seen the way this lady was moving and you walked in on your spouse doing this, who wouldn’t give them a weird look. It doesn’t mean it’s bad. Assuming is never good. Plus there is only so much detail so we all are Interpreting it as it reads. An for the love of God stop assuming everything that is negative in a relationship is toxic, sheesh

starting weight: 182 goal: 145-50 day 1: i could not get past 5 minutes :'( day 2: i could get to 7 minutes but i had to go help my family day 3: I finally did the whole thing and it felt like an hour. Thank goodness there were ads for breaks Sorry that I didn’t get the rest of the days I was taking time off since I’m fasting. I’m actually now 179lb.

This is my favorite video. I’ve been doing 30mins-2 hours of these videos everyday for the last two weeks and I’ve lost two lbs and two inches around my waist. My posture is better and I have more core strength, better isolation of the ab muscles, and looser hip muscles

im gonna do this everyday and check in because i didn’t see anyone over 200 pounds so i wanted to share my results :) start weight : 237 pounds and my height is 175cm day 1 : bruhh this is so hard, i thought i was doing it for ages but it was only 6 mins, took long but completed the video !! had a break in the middle bc my father called me day 2 : this hurts my arms more than my stomach, but i finished it (i’ll weigh myself again at the end of the week !!) day 3 : i got home really late and i was tired so i forgot to do but ill do it in the morning and at night tomorrow to catch up NOTE !! as u can tell i stopped updating, as unfortunately i was very busy and didn’t find the time to do it but i find it unfair that i didn’t get to tell y’all if it worked or not so im going to starting again from tomorrow and I’ll measure my weight, height, hips and waist size for you guys !! sorry for giving but im starting again thankfully

Day 1 - I sweated down to my neck and haven’t worked out since quarantine ! I don’t own a measuring scale but I will measure my waist sitting at 34 inches :) will update lol more pressure if I say it out loud Day 2 - I haven’t change much eating habits but I am drinking more water also woke up a bit sore Day 3- woke up feeling less bloated and measured my waist reading 33.95 inches which is not a huge difference but it’s to soon to stop Day 4 - waist 33.80 inches around upper arm is 12 inches omgggg didn’t realize how chubby my arms are Day5- I didn’t do it cause my bf took me out on a date and I dedicated my whole day to getting ready lol Day 6-I lost a whole inch off my waist by eating salad yesterday I def think that helped Day:14 I lost 5 pounds and counting 😸💖✨

I’m going to update My starting weight- 194 lbs My goal- 185 (for right now) I’ll weigh in again on Sunday 🤠 I started on Monday may 17,2021 Day 1- It was hard but I did the whole thing so that’s the good part. Nothing hurts which is good 👍 Day 2- I did the whole thing again. Earlier today my stomach hurt a little but not that much 😊 Day 3- I had exams and I was really tired of doing essays and all that so I didn’t do it ☹️ Day 4-I did the whole thing I’m not seeing any changes but mom said my stomach went down so I guess there are some changes. Day 5- I did the whole thing I can see my stomach kinda being defined 🤷‍♀️ I’m just trying to hype my self up so I don’t give up 😭 Day 6- I got my COVID shot so my arm is a little sore and the pharmacist said no rigorous exercise so I only did 14 min still no major change though Day 7- So my cousin stayed the night at my house and slept in my room so I didn’t do the workout and since she came over my mom bought so much junk. I feel guilty for eating it but there is no way in hell that I was going to do the workout in front of my cousin so tomorrow I just have to be more enthusiastic about the workout but I weighed in and now I’m 188 🥳 I LOST 6 POUNDS 😳 I’ll keep on doing it but I’ll just come back to this comment next Sunday to give you my next weigh in

@@spicymayo623 I’m at 180 now I’m doing some intense workouts now because my new goal is to be at 175 but this exercise does work but it just didn’t give me the same weight change every week I did it. So you have to remember that when doing this Exercise.

I’ve actually been doing this on and off for about a month, then I decided to just push myself to do it everyday. I see all these girls seeing results. Why are they seeing results? Because they are committed. You can see results to if you push yourself. If you can’t complete the entire workout, do it up to where you can and everyday increase by a minute. You can do it!

I started this exercise on 8th June 2021 and today is 16th July 2021 and I am surprised I fit in my 9 years old trouser. My weight after delivery was 70kg and now after one month I am 65kg. Very happy with the results. Thanks to Eva fitness 😍

@@rihannaruiz.7968 You can't target body parts for weight loss. The most you can do is build muscle on your stomach. Cardio doesn't build muscle (On the contrary, cardio burns muscle). Planks and side bends tone your stomach area

No the first three days its kinda painful, after that you can do it. I am doing this with 300 skips and 50 squats each day. So don't be afraid you can do it. Its really good and i love it

Gonna update this every so often so I keep track, just for fun: Male, 5’10, 208lbs with a short-term goal of 180lbs and a long-term goal of 150. Coupling this with a low calorie, high protein diet and 30mins to an hour of walking every day. I’ve lost 50lbs through other means but plateauing and using this as an extra way to get moving. Going to weigh myself after a week of doing this and see the results: Day 1: Easy, fun to do. Had no trouble completing the video and minimal soreness. Day 2: This time it was slightly harder to complete but I got it all done. Didn’t realize how much arm work it actually takes. Felt a slight tug in my right-side abdomen afterwards, but it was totally fine. Day 3: Pretty easy to do today. Might use my own music next time and mute the video. Didn’t feel it in my arms or abdomen as much today but definitely felt it in my lower back. Day 4: Today was very easy to do. I found it a lot more enjoyable to do it with my own music, and the video turned on a low volume to still get the beats of the music they use in the routine. I usually hate KZfaq ads but I find myself appreciating the one I get mid-video so I can quickly grab a sip of water haha. I’ve noticed an improvement in my posture as well Day 5: Gets easier to complete each time Day 6: This was the easiest day. Doing it in glasses gets annoying real fast though lol Day 7: felt lethargic today but got it done Day 8 (result): so I lost 4lbs in a week; Thats pretty great. I may come back in another week of doing this and record what my results are then.

Week 2: I’m now 200.1 lbs, gonna update again next week. I take breaks on Sunday then do this every night mon-sat alongside high-protein, low calorie diet and a 20-50 minute walk every day. I’m also noticing more prominent “abs” where there hadn’t been before. The stomach area is getting more defined and firmer.

Week 3: Despite no change in diet and exercise plan, I’m 202.8 today after another week of this. Still not going to stop doing it, I’m not anticipating such rapid success all at once. Plus sides I have noticed is that I have better posture, and the actual workout has gotten easier and easier to the point where I don’t need to mouth-breathe to do it. (Like no huffing and puffing)

I’ll be doing this for some days so here it goes: Day 1: Obviously I need to work out my arms because it seems like my arms get more tired, I had to take about 3 breaks in between, plus I was getting bored Day 2: Still needed to take breaks in between, it seems like I started to get shoulder cramps Day 3: Less breaks, I been drinking more water, but when it gets into 14 minutes, I need to take a break because I feel like I’m gonna get a cramp in my right shoulder, also I feel like I was sweating more this time. Day 4: I felt like I was going slower than usual but still finished it.

Okay I’ve been struggling with my weight for 1 year and I’ve decided to start my workout around July. I’ve gained 20 pounds and I’m trying to loose it again I was 144 last year and in July I was 165 I’ve worked out with my sister and then I weight myself once I was done working out with my sister for a couple of weeks or months I couldn’t keep time. It was really fun and enjoyable working out with my sister! Then I weight 158 in August I’ve been working out and today I’m 155.8 I’ve been doing other work outs I workout for 40 minutes a day!! Hello, my height is 5'4 (165cm) and I am currently 138.8lbs (63 kg), I will be tracking the progress right here. Day 1: Done! Mid-workout my right side started to cramp a bit and my arms got super tired, but overall I enjoyed it and it went by pretty fast. Day 2: Done! I moved my belly so fiercely my fat was literally hurting haha. I've discovered that my arms are weak. Day 3: Make sure you are breathing right, today i had to stop because I got a sharp pain on my right side. Today went by pretty slow, but, heyyy, it's the third time I complete it! Day 4: Pretty unmotivated, wanted to stay in bed, but I did it! Somedays I feel like my fat moves more than others. --I STOPPED DOING IT, BUT I'M PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT AFTER 2 WEEKS I LOST 3.75lbs (1.7kg) so I'm 135.3lbs (61.3kg) I'm going to try to keep going with the exercise maybe just not everyday. Day 5: It was so hard to get back into it. I feel lazy and my muscles hurt all over. I wanted to give up, but I finished it!

Ok... when the club opens back up I'm doing this along with all the tiktok dances. But I realized after I tapped out at the 20min mark. I know I just had two minutes. But I realized I didn't have my belly exposed. That's where the magic is at. I had on a long tshirt. Oh but next time. I'm going the full 22min. SHEEEEEEEEESH!! this was awesome.

I saw this new trend on Tiktok i’m going to try it because even though i work out my belly is a stubborn one. I am complementing this exercise with cross fit, 1 hour walk & diet (i am pre diabetic so i always watch what i eat). This was day one. I check in on day 10.

The ads really help, you get to take 5 seconds break, but it felt like a cardio workout every part of the body was burning. Great for my 3month old. She was really entertained by her mum.🤭😜 Try doing them alone because my husband laughed at me the first 10minutes straight.

Current weight: 75.4 KG (166 lbs) Goal: 65 (143 lbs) DAY 1: So, I felt like a clown. I had no idea what I was doing however halfway through the workout I started to feel some of my core muscles so that's good, I think? While doing this, my package was delivered and I did not notice, so the poor man has to tell something to his wife this evening (omg, so embarrassed). I have to work for the rest of the day, however, I will try to increase my steps to 8.000 and eat some healthy food today! DAY 2: Even though it still did not felt natural do to this workout, I was more in the flow than yesterday. I did felt very insecure since I wore shorts and this made my thighs shake into all directions during the workout. But hey, the positive side, maybe they will slim down a bit too.

starting it / height:172cm 55kg - ideal weight - 52kg day 1 - finished, i was sweating for the first time in a while cuz of workouts + 3km walk day 2 - finished, no cramps like others. remember to warm up, mb no cramps becuz before that i was working out too. sweating like crazy + was walking 8000 steps / 3kms day 3 - finished, sweating ofc but at least better than the day 1

This is awesome!! Probably he most intense low-impact workout I've ever found. It's like Keaira LaShea on twelve cups of coffee. Works the abs, including obliques, quads, hamstrings, calves, arms... whole body fitness, burns a lot of calories. Great if you have almost no space to workout, great to do if you are in an apartment or while the rest of the household is sleeping. Maybe best when everyone is sleeping. ;)
