I have been doing this everyday for 5 months with a caloric deficit. There were of course some small breaks in the routine. At first I weighed 57.70 kg, and currently I weigh 49.70 kg. My target weight is 47 kg and I would like to reach that by September or October. Wish me luck! 💪🏻💕💐 Edit: Thank you for all the likes and kind words! I managed to achieve my goal (47.2 kg) and I'm happy with the look of my body now 🌸

This helped me lose 10 kg, i went from 72kg to 62kg started october 1 and its currently january. My goal is to reach 55 kg and this is a great exercise routine to follow with ofc a calorie deficit edit: Im 55kg now!! (168cm) . I want to reach 53 kg tho, without evas workouts i wouldnt have done it! Always remember nutrition is the key, and workouts are the aids. Eat plenty through out the day ! Do not starve or eat little , eat enough protein and fruits and carbs and workout atleasr 30-40 mins every day!! drink a lot of water

@@xVIRxUSx I was still eating as normal. Afterwards I started the calorie deficit, I'm down to 67 now but a lot less fat and muscles are forming. Also, training in the gym

I really like the fact she doesn't waste 5-10 mins just rambling about nonsense. Just straight into the work out! Plus the workout is long and there are no breaks. Perfect for busy people

J’ai 78 ans et je suis trop grosse. 87k. J’ai commencé ce matin. Le rythme de ces jeunes filles est si rapide que je n’arrive à faire qu’un mouvement pendant qu.elles en font trois ou quatre. Je suis tout de même contente d’avoir tenu trente minutes. A la fin, j’étais cuite. J’ai bu et je me suis reposée. Demain je recommence. Je vais essayer de mieux suivre le rythme ce qui n’est pas facile car je suis plutôt sédentaire et âgée. Si je’y parviens, je vous le fais savoir. Merci à toutes ces filles pleines d’énergie en ces temps moroses. Ce fait du bien au corps et à l’âme. A bientôt

Damn!! This exercise is very much effective... Along with this I cut down sugar and rice intake completely... Started:Aug 5 - was 75kg Present day: Aug 28 - 69 kg So i lost 6kgs in 23days... Extremely happy with the results... I ll continue till i reduce my weight till 58kg(my target).... Edit: now my weight is 59kg.. Stoped workout last yr.. Got busy for cllg so couldn't do more... But it was grt helped me allootttttt!!!! Loosing my weight❤️

New update from 112kg to 90 kg. It works . To all people struggling out there with weight. Eat healthy. Stop eating junk and do Eva fitness. I started working out Eva because I have severe knee pain and I don't like crunches . This is an overall workout . Try it and Good luck everyone Thanks Eva

I love this playlist! I did this with chest and and ankle weights on my arms. It was sucha challenge but it feels sooo good! I've been doing this 5-7 days a week and my friend says she sees a difference (plus my diet). I love it.

I've been doing this workout two weeks now. The first week I did it 6 days. The second week I did it 4. Most of my weight is in the lower part of my body. I'm also paying attention to what I eat. Making sure I have the appropriate amount of calories for my goal weight. I have noticed my lower belly is slowly getting smaller. My thighs are a bit slower in that aspect but I do see a difference from the first time I started. Progress takes time and that's been hard for me to understand. So just keep believing in yourself and you'll get there eventually. Don't give up!

This workout is very very effective, you can really feel that in your first session. Your whole body is involved. Just remember when you start don't try to match the pace of the instructor, it's important to do all the move, gradually you will be able to match her. Also don't eat anything heavy before the work out, try to eat an apple or a banana. Take 10 seconds rest when needed and then continue. Hope to see good results within a month. Big thanks to the trainer and the group member. 😀

I was at 82kg and did an OMAD and I now weigh 73kg. My target weight is 60kg. My friend told me that this exercise is effective to her. I believe she lost 5kg by doing this and she eats 3x a day (no rice). So I guess this is really effective and worth trying. Good luck on everyone’s weight loss journey. ♥️♥️♥️

I did this once a day for exact 30 days together with the "20 MINS AEROBIC DANCE WORKOUT, Burn Calories and be Happy / No Equipment | Eva Fitness" video. So far, I lost 2kg. From 71.5 down to 69.5kg. (I am 160cm if some of you are curious) I did 8-16 intermittent fasting too. However, I didn't restrict myself to a variety of foods (like I eat junk whenever I crave one too it's just that I make sure to keep control of the amount I eat). Maybe that's why I didn't lose too much. But small progress is still progress, right? Personal tip, DO NOT weigh yourself every day because I think it's just really normal that our weight will fluctuate every day. I think it's better if you do it weekly. Based on my experience there are times I got demotivated because there are days that I gain instead of losing but DO NOT GIVE UP! Keep in mind that we all different body types too. Some may lose a lot and some may lose a little. What's important is that there is progress! Also, think of the results while doing this exercise and listen to your own playlist so you'll not get bored hahaha if you think of something else while doing this exercise you'll not feel that it's 30 minutes. :) Sorry for the long comment but KEEP GOING EVERYONE!

Also keep in mind that you not only lose fat but also gain muscles. So it’s really great to take your measurements as well. You might have “only” went x kg down in weight but could have lost 4 cm off your waist ;)

@@m.8198 i actually forgot to measure before i start my 30days and only realize half way through hahaha i measured it around ~15th or 20th(?) day and on my 30th day so far I lost 1 inch for arms, thighs & hips :))

You're absolutely right. I do weigh myself every day and it's been a period that I was really disappointed but it's a way for me to stay loyal to healthy diet. I mean when I see that I gained weight or I'm stuck in the same number, it makes me sad but it also makes me stubbornly want to change it. The best thing to do is step on the scale once a week, my OCD won't let me l guess... Also if you want to lose weight faster, 80-90% is the diet, while exercise is just 20%, it's only 30% to athletes who exercise very much

I have been doing this exercise almost daily since late Jan 2022. I absolutely love it as it goes at a speed I can follow. My buldgy bottom has gone & my figure is starting to create a nice shape. It also add to my step count & has been a Godsend since working from home. Thank you ladies❤🤗

Alright, I just did this. It was 30 min full of fun and sweat. :D If we trust my fitness tracker, I burnt 243 kcal. After 10 min I felt the effort, after 20 min I was sweating, after 30 min I was drenched in sweat but also very happy. :D Note that my fitness level is kinda good, I've been working out regularly for many years now. If you are a beginner, I recommend slowing down a bit or just doing the first 10 min at first. ✌️

I've been working out for 4 days only, in the past days I never managed to get all this done but today I did all the 30 minutes with just a little pause to drink some water, I am sweating but it was very enjoyable and my endurance has already improved a little! I love this channel, their exercises are fun and beginner-friendly (I always worked out very little and very rarely, but I decided to change my life radically!)

This workout is literally perfect for me. It’s not super intense but it’s not super easy, it gets me going without completely exhausting me and I actually feel good after the workout. I’ll be doing this everyday and I’ll let you know the results

I started today, 22.01.2023, and I will post here my updates. Quite a lot of work to do 😊. My plan is to work out most days using one 30/40 minutes Eva’s fitness videos and to eat in a caloric deficit (1500-1600 calories). Start weight: 85.1 kg. Goal weight: 57 kg. Update 05.04.2023: 78.9 kg (6.2 kg loss). If anyone wants to join me in the challenge, it would be great to keep eachother updated 😊🍀.

I weighted myself yesterday (so after 4 days of diet and exercise) and had already lost 1.3 kilograms 😊💪🏼😎. I wish you the best of luck! 🤞

For starters, I personally felt sick doing this. Not the workout's fault. Just that I've been unfit. I took a water break every 10 mins. So I'll slowly get rid of that. But this definitely makes u sweat and burn. Love it!

I'm tired of Chloe Ting's workouts now.. I need a change!! I'll be trying this every alternate day (I'll be doing ab workouts the days I dont do this one) for 2 weeks and let y'all know the results! Like my comment if y'all want me to update everyday! EDIT: Its been a week and I'm so sorry guys i could just do this twice.. i got my period and had to stop because its always so rough for me :( Anyways I'm gonna do it starting today so pls wait another week for updates ❤ 🌻DAY 1: This is sooo tiring honestly i had to take a break after every 10 mins and after the 20th min i was just drained lmao. Good luck to all those who'd be trying this lol. 🌻DAY 3: This is sorta diffucult guys lmao I underestimated it. I needed frequent breaks but maybe i was just tired tho. 🌻DAY 5: I could only do the first 17 mins due to some unavoidable reasons lol. I do feel like my waist has slimmed down ever so slightly.. Like i feel a difference in my back fat already! 🌻DAY 7: lmaoooo i made it through this weeeekk😭 It is vv tiring!! Anyway so i took only one 5 min break after 15mins today hihi 🌻DAY 9: I stopped at 26mins today but also i didn't take any "breaks" during the whole time. I feel like this is working, I have my previous measurements, if there is some change after day 13 imma put the before n after for y'all 💕 EDIT: So i skipped day 11 because apparently, i measured myself and turns out I've lost 1.5 inches off my waist (lmaoooo wasn't expecting this), 2 inches off my hips (I'm kinda sad about this one lol, my hips are 40 now hehe) and 0.5 off my arm. So after these results I was satisfied lmao and skipped. Imma def continue w this routine as my permanent routine for now. All in all, I recommend y'all do this (especially if y'all didn't see results from chloe ting :p ) If I get 500 likes imma post my results after a month or two of doing this! Edit: I stopped working out so I don't have results to post, I'm sorry!

Starting my 30 day challange I'm 23 and weigh 70 kgs target is 55 kgs 👑Day 1👑 - did 17 minute of this and felt SUPER GOOD Will be updating here everyday ❤️ . . 👑 Day 2 👑 - did whole 30 minutes of exercise but took 2 breaks of some seconds in between it. And also I felt a bit lighter today in terms of weight throughout the day , ate only 5 % of junk which I usually eat in a day . 👑Day 3👑 was about to skip it . But stood up and did it at 12AM for 10 minutes .

I started this workout May 10, I feel great changes on my stomach and face fat reducing. I am taking a 60 days challenge, I will update you guys on my weekly progress. I'm a breastfeeding mom, I just cut down on carbs intake and it's definitely working. Update, I started May 10 and today is June 10, am down 7kg or 14lb Did portion control and OMAD. breast milk not affected. Skip breakfast, launch OK, dinner pumpkin soup. I don't eat after 6pm. Cravings, I eat apples.

Due to an injury, I can't. I can't kneel, stand on my right leg, do squats, do burpees, or even do pushups bc of the strain on my bad knee. This was so perfect, giving me rapid relief to my good knee, and even when it was all standing on the bad leg, I repeatedly got relief by dipping my other foot to the ground. So this is PERFECT I love it so much.

If you are top heavy like me, this is the exercise for you, no jumping or moves that land heavy on your knees are involved. Once your upper body gets toned, it gets easier on your knees to withstand other exercises that includes running and jumping. Haven't weighed myself yet, but I am not on any particular diet either so I assume that the weight loss is not going to be substantial. Start slow and work up your tempo, this exercise helps you!!! Actually this is a good one I have burned 416 calories it depends upon ur fitness level .I am doing this for currently 2 months my aim is to achieve 44 kg now I am 47 kg .so keep going

Started this at the beginning of June but skipped a lot of days so I didn't bother checking the result. Did an entire week and lost 3kg but gained a kilo on my cheat day (coz I ate like a lot). Aiming to lose at least 5kg more before school starts. I stopped eating rice and noodles and junk foods including soda and powdered juice. Lots of water and tea every night and eat only when you are hungry. Significant difference in back, arms, and tummy (but still needs a lot of work in this area). Looks difficult to do but once you start with the exercise, it motivates you to achieve your goal because, lol, imagine wasting 100 days of quarantine when you could've done this at the beginning.

I didn't go on any diet but i tried to eat healthy and never eat at night , like i stop eating at 8 pm or 9 pm. (Sorry my english is not good) I forget i had 3 cheat meals during this 2 weeks hhahahahaahha i I can't watch my family eating junk food without joining them hahahahah

Newer post (June 2022): Started the workout again after my last holiday. Week 1 Day 1: 22/6/22 2.5 times ✅ Day 2: 23/6/22 Didn’t work out as I was out all day, but walked 1 hr outside Day 3: 24/6/22 2.5 times ✅ Day 4: 25/6/22 2 times plus lots of walking ✅ Day 5: 26/6/22 2 times ✅ Day 6: 27/6/22 2 times ✅ Day 7: 28/6/22 ❌ did swimming and walked 1.5 hrs Week2 Day 8: 29/6/22 1 time ✅ Day 9: 30/6/22 2 times ✅ Day 10: 1/7/22 1.5 times ✅ Day 11: 2/7/22 2 times ✅ Day 12: 3/7/22 2 times ✅ Day 13: 4/7/22 1.5 times ✅ Day 14: 5/7/22 (will update tomorrow) **** New post (a year later): So I started doing these workouts again today as I need to lose my tummy and hip quickly in the next two weeks. After I did these workouts almost a year ago, I had amazing results. I stopped because I got busy and lazy and gained weight again. Two weeks ago I completely fixed my diet and now I’ve decided I’ll do these workouts everyday. I’ll post my results here. Starting measurements: Weight = 66.7 kg Chest = 92 cm Upper Ab = 75 cm Lower Ab = 92 cm Hip = 103 cm Day 1: 18/4/22 2 times ✅ Day 2: 19/4/22 2 times ✅ Restarting again because I stopped again but I’ll keep trying. This time my target is doing this 2-3 times everyday for 21 days. I’ll take a day break each week. I only started mildly working out last year with a couple of easier exercises. This year I am exploring different other kinds of workouts and trying to push myself more. I realized while trying to do this one that for someone who has not worked out almost three decades of her life, this can be really challenging because of the balance, speed and flexibility needed to pull these moves. I am sure these people have been working hard all their lives, and so no wonder they are so good at this. Hope I can improve myself while continuing to do this. @@c4cristle710 started doing these workouts again today. The last time the results were amazing. Didn’t lose a lot of kilos but my tummy was gone. Then I got lazy and stopped. I started 2 weeks ago once again with various workouts. I decided today that I’ll do an hour of this aerobics. Will keep you guys posted.

Bardzo mi odpowiadaja te ćwiczenia. Ćwiczę 3 tygodnie 2 razy dzienne i mam zamiar je kontynuować. Potem po zadowalająceym efekcie schudnięcia przejdę na tryb ćwieczeń 1 raz dziennie.

Guys everyone has a different body some people lose wait fast some people like me (pcod people) don't loose wait so easily, first motivation urself to being healthy eat healthy I did this workout to avoid my mental stress and from day 1 felt good and mentally energetic it's been two&half months I started it when I was 72kg now I am 64kg yes I loose 6 kg in 75 days which is way worth than putting some much money in jym , If ur life is too stressed Just do it for 1 week u will realize that it lifts ur mood 😊

Did you do this 30 minutes workout or added some more to it? Also it would be helpful if you could tell if you cut down on your diet? (Having pcod myself)- i am little worried. I gained 14 kgs in 1.5 years.

for me its so hard to loose weight!! i can see difference in my body but i weight the same. i do love working out tho, its such a stress reliever. i'm starting this workout today as well as walking 1-2 miles. thank you for the motivation.
