Just reflecting on the last year and a bit and taking note of how the internal mood is shifting and how it feels that it is playing out externally.

Before others you always must listen to your body and mind and never ignore it. Definitely stay strong and don’t be afraid to stand up to your situation when your body says “don’t be stupid” Always watching man

Awesome video Adam there was a lot to unpack here, if I can have a little of your time I would like to share my thoughts. 🙂 First of all it was interesting you mentioned the stiff upper lip approach. I am aware of it and to a fair extent I was brought up with it. One issue with the stiff upper lip mind-set is one takes on far more than they should and not everyone plays fair. It is also one open door to internalising thoughts. Unable to outwardly express one's thoughts and emotions mean they can fester internally, cycling and perhaps snow balling as others' criticisms etc. are added on top. It can be the banging of nails into one's self-esteem and form a pattern thereof. This is why it is so important for parents and primary care-givers to make that effort and ask their dependents/off-spring how their day has gone, how their immediate goals are panning out etc. It's not only a opportunity for them to off-load the burden of toxic encounters in that day, but it helps them to understand their emotions and articulate them in a way they and others understand. It is also a great opportunity for parents/care-givers to know exactly where their dependent/off-springs development is currently at coupled with their emotional/mental well-being. Setting and upholding all manner of healthy boundaries is another thing, and someone with low self-esteem is far more likely to plod-on and allow boundaries to be crossed that others wouldn't. That can equate to both mental and physical harm. You did your brother a great turn, I hope he appreciated it all, and will re-pay such a deed if and when he is called upon to do the same. 🙂 It was also interesting that you mentioned self-belief and being cocky/arrogant with it. Now our self-belief can be built around what we hold as important in life. Those with self-agendas and a need for some kind of superiority will be closely linked to egos. This can very much lead to arrogance. Those who focus on becoming a better person, understanding themselves and others are far more likely to be grounded as their values aren't all about superiority and themselves, but more of the collective working together for the benefit of the collective, a Brother/Sister-hood if you like. I don't think anyone could accuse you of being arrogant Adam, you always come across as a genuine, decent and very "humble" guy. 🙂 You have come a long way Adam in such a short space of time. You are looking far more at peace and reasonably content. You have a lot going well for you. You have a job and you are actively contributing to this world. Your great and healthy work ethic is noticed and your employers see your value and worth, hence their investing in you with courses and training. They may well start giving you more responsibility too (if they haven't already) as their trust in you deepens. When they start to see you as an alliance rather than an employee you may start to notice that trust being reciprocated through financial gratitude etc. At the end of the day a employer isn't about to invest in someone unless they think that investment is going to bear fruit. You actively demonstrate your worth every day through your hands-on contribution coupled with your really healthy attitude to work and life in general.❤ It's great to see you noticing and sharing what has helped in making positive changes. Pooling and sharing information helps us all. You know there are those in this world who can bring us down and zap all energy from us. Then there are those who have positive impacts and make life changing differences to others. Adam you are very much the latter and as you start to help others believe in themselves further and demonstrate your true worth and qualities and as your self-belief and self-awareness grows so will your positive influence and impact in this world. Your channel/community is already at 5.9k+. Long may it grow and expand further as you go from strength to strength. Also wishing your back speedy recovery. 🙂

I have the same opinion, the other thing is if their employees are actively contributing to being component, efficient it increases the amount of money flowing around the company and also makes them more valuable because if they were to be removed then the company has lost that eleement that was helping them increase the profits. It should be in everyones interest to help the company to get more money by any means, now if the company doesn't want to pay more and are just being tight fisted for no real reason then yeah its probaly time to start looking for another job and they can find out what they lost.
