The fact that it's longer makes it harder to control giving you a better workout

Did you ever had any issues with the weights getting lose? I'm worried about the longer endurance type kind of sets.

I have a whole Ironmaster gym along with the kettle bell . I don't use it much honestly but I don't think there is a more solid adjustable kettle bell out there other than the iron master one.

+Mark Navarro agreed. I've been using them about once/week since I shot this video and they're bulletproof. Very easy to switch out as well. They're kind of expensive, as I mentioned, but worth it in the long IMO. Thanks for watching.

What are your thoughts on the Bowflex 840 Kettlebell? I am looking for a review on it right now and can't seem to find one. :O/

So what are the meassurments on the inside of a regular kettlebell as opposed as a competition kettlebell and the ironmaster one? People say that competition kettle bell have less room for two handed swings compare to rep or other regular kettlebells? I was gonna get the king's adjustable kettlebell but don't know how conforable will be for 2 hand swings? I will be doing some snatches and other stuff but mostly swings. The king's adjustable kettlebell is on stock right now but don't know if it will be conforable for 2 hand swings?

Hey Marco, I can't give the measurements more because I have this bell loaned out to a buddy in quarantine. That said, there's tons of room on the ironmaster adjustable bell for anything 2 handed swings included. If anything, it has more room than my non competition rogue bells (which I understand are almost identical to kings non comp bells) Sorry I can't give ya any more info at the moment

Can the plates be interchanged with the iron master dumbells?

$500 is super conservative. I soent over $1,000 on a good set of KB's from 10-80lbs.

I don't remember what I referenced in this video, but you're right, they've gotten expensive. I bought a set of doubles 9 - 97s a couple years after this video. Spent quite a bit, but I'm guessing a bit less than they'd cost now

Holding up very well. I use it with my clients multiple times/week, and it has stayed solid sense. Changing out the plates becomes second nature after a couple weeks. Thanks for asking!

Have you tried doing double snatches with two ironmaster kettlebells? I'm wondering if the square shape works if they collide on the downswing between your legs. I do double snatches with competition kettlebells, but since they're round, if I bang them together on the downswing between my legs, it's not a big deal. They just kinda glance off each other, and I keep going.

@@ThreeStormFitness I decided against getting the Ironmaster kettlebells. I have their dumbbells, and love them, but I'm using some adjustable competition style kettlebells that go to 32kg instead. I don't like the long handles on the ironmasters. I've never got the chance to use them, but the handle is much further from the center of gravity of the kettlebell, and that has to effect snatches and cleans.

Ohhk.. nice.. 'was truly interested.. the before-after change is remarkable! btw you look even better in this video though shirtless would have been better :D and the goldberg reference was for face and goatee.. not the physique.. u already have a great body.. no need to match anyone else's!
