Dubois’s success in Winnipeg came largely from playing with Kyle Connor. Now that he isn’t paired with someone to carry him, his production has fallen and won’t return unless he’s playing top 6 (which he doesn’t deserve)

Prior to this year, Chychrun had not played more then 68 games. So... IF dude plays more then that number of games, wouldn't that mean that his "value" suddenly rises/increases??

We know they'll be aiming for 36. 6 divisions of 6 is too neat to shy away from. Houston seems legitimate, and there was Too much smoke around the Snoop group during the Ottawa sale process to think they won't end up as an Atlanta ownership group. An 8th Canadian team filling that lovely arena in Quebec city has to be a priority as well.

i think kings are fumbling clarke, why would they bring him up in the middle of this disaster.. his numbers in ahl aren't great defensively either

Would there not have been at least 3 coaching appearances by Roy in Montreal while coaching the Avalanche? Did the Habs do a tribute on his first game back then?

ya hes 1-4 now i think at the bell centre as a coach, not sure abot the tributes but i dont remember anything like last night

Anyone know what cookie reference is to? Also why is it so difficult to accept that Todd McLellan is not that good of a nhl coach. Playoff failures in San Jose including 3-0 lead vs kings and having McDavid in Edmonton and still unable to succeed.

for PLD the problem in my eyes is he dosent want to be a Hall of Famer, he is an elite player but without consistency he will never make the hall.

Dubois can't be called an absolute star player. Guys never even been a point a game player. He's hit 60 points a couple of times. Upper 20s in goals 3x but never broke 30. He's 7 years in the league and Is a .43ppg player right now in LA. Guy was the most overhyped player in the league by both himself and Teams after his 60 point softmore season. Guys a top 6 forward not a star. He's a 0.67ppg player. At his Age Kopitar is playing at nearly a point a game pace.

There is only one market that would guarantee success for a new expansion team, the Toronto area. It's a win-win. It would make the Leafs organization finally commit to giving the fans the contender they've deserved for decades and, with the hockey fanbase in the area, more money would be rolling into the Canadian market.

Boston kid 10 yr old hockey player in 1970 when Orr and the B's won the cup, back then the idea of an NHL team in Florida or Arizona wouldn't even have been dreamed of, it's so great to see kids from the south, western USA get a chance to play the best game on earth, I know whoever the new teams are, they will be successful. 🇺🇸🏒🇨🇦
