PMS get a bad rap but what if it’s just your body trying to tell you something? Maybe the irritability, pain and exhaustion is actually your body being really clever. Maybe your body is screaming at you - “slow the f*** down and rest!” I recently heard this time referred to as “please make space” and I thought that was a beautiful way of explaining what we actually need at this time.
