буду делать эту тренировку до конца лета, делать буду 2 раза в день. начальный вес: 54 кг (рост 165) •1 день: утром было сложно, особенно когда дело зашло планки, днем я поспала и вечером повторила было намного легче и приятнее ее делать. •2 день: уже легче, я нашла баланс тела, но под конец тренировки становится сложно, вечером не сделала, но заменила прогулкой на 10тыс шагов •3день: как будто легче, но болят руки и ноги, планка далась очень легко, вечером я сделала ту популярную тренировку на 35 мин которая скидывает 1 кг и после нее я вообще ничего не чувствовала, так что сделала на изич •4 день: сделала легко, чувствую легкость, и вообще я заметно похудела ( также тренировка на 35 мин дает о себе знать), сделала пока один раз, через час повторю -ЛАЙКАЙТЕ ЧТОБ НЕ ПОТЕРЯЛА

​@@СофіяЗамах в пошуку ютубу можна вбити " hiit -1kg afit". тренування доволі важке, не для новачків. якщо маєте якісь проблеми з колінами/суглобами краще не робіть. перед тренуванням зробити розминку для суглобів, а після розтяжку на все тіло. удачі!

Keeping my progress: (for 6 days) Day 1:✅ Feeling the burn in my stomach and back already. Day 2:✅Didn't struggle as much as the first time! Day 3:✅Had a break day yesterday, but my body is definitely getting used to it, doesn't hurt as much. Day 4:✅ Done:) I replaced the side planks with bicycle crunches, because the side planks can widen your waist. Day 5 and 6:✅Doesn't hurt at all, my body is used to it now:)

I’ll try to do this every day Day 1: I thought it was gonna be easy and it was at first but then the side abs thingy came and i almost died, but I managed to do some of those correctly. The rest of them were kinda tiring, but not difficult. It felt like it lasted 2 minutes, definitely will continue Day 2: I’ve felt a lot less bumped from my belly, and today I managed to do all exercises completely except the side plank (it was easier today, and somehow I feel like one side if harder than the another.) I feel sore all day, but i guess that means it’s working. Day 3: It was a lil harder today bc I did another workout before this one. The side planks were especially difficult and I couldn’t do them correctly, I also got interrumped by my dad durin the last exercise 😧 fightinggg Day 4: I actually wasnt planing to workout today since I got home pretty late but then I ate some chips and felt guilty so yeah. That is when I realized that satisfying my craving only made me happy for some minutes, but working out makes me happy abt myself all day soooo I got a lot more motivated now. I don’t feel sore anymore and I’m getting used to it now. Changed de side stuff for that cruncher thingy Day 5: Slayed it heheheh.. (I’m dying/j) Used to it by now😊 Day 1 (Again): I kinda went into a depressive episode lmaoo (i barely could go up for school) but now school is over and i want to change myself but this time for good😽😽 Day 2: I’m kinda dead but I did it yasss Day 3: checkkk took 2 days off since it was my birthday and graduation party so I didn’t have time but anyways back to the grind Day 4: Check Yasss Day 5: Did it, actually I feel like my waist is kinda smaller and i have more energy Day 6: Did it, felt a lil more tired probably bc I just ate Day 7: Yay 1 week🙀🙀🙀 Day 9: I’m suprised I didn’t skip weekends so yay Day 11: I forgor to document lmao Day 12: almost 2 weeks¡,, Day 13: I’ve been doing this exercise and other exercises from this channel everyday and I’ve noticed that my waist Is hella smaller and my legs oemgeee Day 14: Offcially 2 weeks💕!! Day 15: Checkkk I’ve felt so much happier abt my body omgggg Day 16: Cheeckkk (idk what to say) Day 17: I put a changbin pc next to me when I work out so that whenever I want to quit I can look at him judge me Day 18: I’ve felt rlly tired lately so I thoughtnpf skipping this day but i still did it cuz i know that if i don’t do it a single day I won’t do it ever Day 19: felt better today :) Day 20: Skipped yesterday since I arrived home very late. Today I tried to do the lesserafim workout and I couldn’t even finish it before I was half dead, so I returned here. Day 22: I forgot to comment yesterday lmao anyways i started doing some extra exercises so I’m hoping to get more results soon Day 23: I’m still trying to do the lesserafim workout but I can’t finish the burpees😭😭check Day 24: SKZ OPENED IG ACCOUNTSNOMGOGGMGOGMGMG except Han and Minho idk why😭😭 Day 25: Technically day 31 since I did another workout last week but I’m not gonna count it so yeah I’m back Day 26: I start school in a week😭 Day 27: Still crying bc of school 😭😭😭send help. Also while reading the comments I made when I started I noticed I struggled with side planks a lot lmao but now they’re super easy. Also I think I THINK I’m getting abs (or maybe I’m just delusional) also I do a ton of other exercises after this one (mostly from this channel) and I’ve noticed a lot of results oemgee Day 28: Writing this on day 29 cuz I forgot to update yesterday Day 29: 🐺🐺🐺🐺💪💪💪💪 Day 30: Today was my first day of school😭😭😭ahhh I’m sad now… but anyways dirk if I will continue this since I maybe will start going to volleyball classes in my school, but honestly I prefer entering drawing classes since it’s less days a week (so less stressful) plus I can continue doing these exercises, I’ll see ig Day 31: Today I felt low key more tired probs bc of school,, afraid I will burn out lmaoo Day 32: checkkk I DID BURN OUT BC OF SCHOOL BUT UPDATE😭😭😭: so after a few months of forgetting this workout I wanted to check in w you guys. I did get a lot of results 👌 lost 9 kgs in a few months. Now that I’ve started to work out again, I started doing the lesserafim workout 😻 now I’m finally able to actually do it lol but after a week I didn’t feel happy doing it (results but a lot of pain..) so I’ve been doing the daisy keech hourglass workout 2x a day and I’m loving it. ANYWAYS FOR ANYONE READING THIS FOR MOTIVATION HERE IT ISSSS please take care of yourself❤️❤️❤️ also yeah it does get better after a while doing the workout it’s easy

День 1-✅Легко, но на последних трёх упражнениях было сложно День 2-✅С меня никогда так ручьём не шёл пот.Тоже самое , что и в 1день.(Кстати я сегодня начала делать упражнении Дженни) День 3-✅Уже немного легче на последних трёх упражнениях , но я всё рано в конце устаю.Пота стало идти меньше. (Лучше в носках заниматься у меня ноги тоже в поту) День 4-✅Я заменила два предпоследних упражнения на велосипед , так как говорят , что они расширяют талию.(Я забросила тренировку Дженни потому что я ещё делаю свои упражнения, но когда я закончу тренировки IVE может быть начну делать трени Дженни) День 5-✅Я фиг знает что писать , но мне нравится делать эту тренировку День 6-✅С 51.95 я стала вести 50.85 , но я так же делала свои тренировки и танцевала 1 час почти каждый день. Я не отказываюсь от сладкого. Но считаю что 1 конфета в день и йогурт.Больше ничего сладкого а в выходные мороженое. Всё равно лето очень жарко. День 7-✅Написала на 8 день , так как забыла День 8-✅Сегодня тошнит от еды как то...Добавлю ещё один день День 9- +День 10- Я не забуду)

I'm gonna do this for 30 days Day 1 : It was pretty easy for me to do it but i had a lil backpain at night ✅ Day 2 : it was so hard but i managed it ✅ Day 3: My legs went from 48 to 46!!!✅ Day 4: Easy peasy ✅ Day 5: didn't do it becuz of a family gathering ❎

I am going to do this everyday for a week starting today! I’m just writing this for myself so I can keep myself in check. Day 1: ✅ Wasn’t bad, was similar to exercises I’m used to. Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ I’ve noticed some small differences! Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ There are definitely some differences! Day 7: ✅ Last day. This workout wasn’t bad. There weren’t any huge changes but it was good enough for what this is. I probably saw the most differences on the 4th day , but it wasn’t too much. I did lose over a kg , which never happens so that is definitely a plus.

current weight: 114lb day 1: I loved the challenge. It was super fun and I felt relaxed and excited. Limbs feeling stretched day 2: it gets a lot easier, make sure to drink a lot of water day 3-day 6: felt great, feel toned day 7: ab outline a bit, legs toned day 7-12: felt tired some days, but still completed it day 14: ab lines in, toned, lost some fat, stomach looks flatter went on vaca current weight: 118lb day 15: feel so tired since I haven’t worked out since before vaca, I sweated so much and it definitely felt harder day 16: feeling so bloated today, was a hard day to finish

Actually keeping track here! *i do lower body stretching before these exercises to avoid aching alot so i recommend doing that i do these exercises 2x a day, 1 morning 1 night with stretches i saw this in another workout video but someone said you should try doing cardio ( dancing, jumping jacks etc.. ) after to quicken the results !! I do dancing and jumping jacks and it works!! 🪄 Day 1 : DONE !! ( I was 58.6 Kg here ) 🪄 Day 2 : DONE !! 🪄 Day 3 : DONE !! ( now 57.6 Kg ) - I do kpop dances such as Antifragile by Le Sserafim and some other choreographies, its optional to dance right after but for me i'll be doing it since its fun and actually helps me learn how to dance and lose weight! I also do diets such as intermittent fasting or however you spell it, I also do some of my own other exercises and other exercise videos - you may do as you please since everyone's bodies and such is different! so do what helps you Long update as of May 2: So sorry for no update, school was keeping me busy ☹️ - now 53.2 - i cut rice off from my diet since I couldn't exercise much, i had to change diet since I was overweight, when changing diet plants be sure to ensure you still get the nutrition needed! Absolutely do NOT starve yourself, I recommend IF, and I stop eating at 6pm or more late - Continued dancing and cardio, - my whole body frame seemed to get smaller, compared to when i first started exercising, even if it's subtle, I noticed how my arms got slimmer than before, same goes for my thighs and just over all frame, my collarbones are prominent now I'm so sorry I couldn't update daily again, school was an ass, but if you guys continue doing it everyday you'll see changes overtime! It's not gonna be an obvious change overnight so don't beat yourself up, the right way to a healthy body is a healthy mind

I suggest u to be careful with fasting. It can damage your metabolism. I know because I fuck mine with that. But I am happy for results

​@@miaka123ify i agree, i was doing the same thing and also went on a caloric deficit (900-1200kcal a day), my body passed out after 2 weeks and fainted the moment i got out of bed, so try to be careful and take care of yourself

Doing this for a month! 🤍 Current weight: 64kg/141lb Day 1 - ✔️ - Felt exhausted, did a few pauses because of cramps, my stomach and back hurts. Managed to do it all but it was hard. Day 2 - ❌ - Wasn't able to do it because I wasn't at home. Day 3 - ✔ - It was easier and I didn't feel that much pain.

Trying it for 1 week!! Day 1: Dead cause I haven’t done a workout in like 3 weeks, and also couldn’t really finish everything cause my legs hurt🥲 (hope to do better tmrw! Day 2: Felt really good to do this workout, just couldn’t finish the last one bc my feet kept slipping away bc of the sweat (tmrw I will use a towel) didn’t do this workout yesterday and the day before bc I was sick🥲 I also did another workout from her acc! Day 3: Did it again and it felt sooo good! I love to feel the burns in my abs cause that’s a good sign! Still didn’t get to do the last one bc I keep slipping away🥲 I’m gonna try and find an alternative for the last step! Also did another workout again and feel freshed! Day 4: Did it again, really didn’t feel like doing a workout but since I want to achieve my goal I did it! Was a lil harder then the other days. I replaced the last step with 30 seconds planking and it’s a good replacement! (Also did another workout again) Day 5: Doing this workout today felt good but at the same time not, to finish it I kept thinking about achieving my goal body and so I did finish it again! Did my usual other workout aswell and feel happy :) Day 6: did again, just a lil harder (forgot to update) Day 7: Felt very good and I goes a lil easier with the breathing part! (Did also another workout) Gonna do 2 bonus days since I skipped 2 days ago. (Extra day): Extra day 2: Results🎉

I started doing this February 24 together with arm and leg exercise but yeah just started writing this now lol feb 24: did some extra stretching too, kinda hard. my body's so stiff hahaha feb 25: my body aches a little but still I did it feb 26: rest day (?) lol feb 27: extra stretching again, it feels so easy now to do the movements

буду делать до сентября 1 день - 15:49 сделала первый раз, чувствую себя более менее. буду делать через 4 часа еще раз. на втором подходе заменю боковую планку (вроде так??) на велосипедные скручивания. 2 день - сделала полностью все упражнения и добавила велосипедные скручивания. все тело на утро болело, после вчерашней тренировки

I'm gonna be keeping a track here of my progress ( doing it for a week) Month- October Date started - 15 Day 1 : ✅ Had a little bit of trouble with the side planks but was fun. Day 2 : ✅ Went amazing! Day 3 : ✅ I'm kinda tired but it's alright Day 4 : ✅ Was a little tiresome as I'm sick but it still feels nice Day 5 : ✅ I'm much better now and the workout was just fine Day 6 : ✅ Nice but the side planks still trouble me Day 7 : ✅ Alright, I forgot to write on this day and got reminded from a comment but it was nice! The workout worked well for me, it was quite easy and quick to do. Since I did this every morning ( 4am) before going to school it made my sleep drift away and I enjoyed it. I really recommend it!

Doing this 30 days : Day 1 ✅: I died but slowly got used to it. Only needed to take a 3 second break at one bc I couldn’t hold any more but after I felt amazing 💜 Day 2 ✅: I’m gonna start doing this in the morning but it felt a little bit easier ❤️

Using this comment as a way to remind myself to keep at it so here we go I did add an extra exercise myself which is hip twists 25 reps 4 sets Day 1 : ✅️ not too hard and definitely felt my muscles stretch Day 2 : ✅️ today was a little harder than yesterday cause my muscles were a bit sore 😭 Day 3 : ✅ I did do it yesterday but I forgot to update snsks my bad. I just wanted to say that I’ve already been seeing slight changes. My stomach seems more firm and my waist looks smaller too! Although I’m not too sure if my legs and back are thinner I feel more flexible and the workout is getting easier :D Day 4 : ✅️ felt really good doing it today it has become a whole lot easier Day 5 : ✅ my body’s gotten used to it yayyy Day 6 : ✅ all done Day 7 : ✅ I’m overall really happy with the results I got so I’m going to be continuing this for another week

heyyy i weight around 93 kgs and my height is 170cm i want to lose 20 kgs at least i did this workout for 2 days today is the 3rd day and its pretty easy ill be doing it for 2 weeks and if i lose at least 3 kgs ill be super happy pluse im on a diet so i hope this will workout and im 13 yrs so my weight is not good for my age at all so i really need to lose alot of weight my dream weight is 62 kgs

remember that wonyoung is extremely underweight, she is beautiful and I understand wanting to be graceful and beautiful like her, but her actual weight is not a healthy goal

People say she is unhealthy but really she is very fit. Just because she is slim does not mean she is unhealthy. People will preach you can be overweight and healthy but also in the same breath say someone is underweight and not healthy🙃 it’s very double standards. Healthy looks different on everyone and many body types do not look that of the perfect weight and height. I am the same height and body type now as wonyoung, I’ve been to doctor multiple times to check if I’m unhealthy and they have all tell me I am healthy and perfectly fine. They tell me that if I wish to gain weight I can but overall my health is the best it has ever been based on my 6month check ups every year. So in conclusion you don’t know her, you don’t know her health, and you shouldn’t comment negatively on her body. Learn to stop talking about other peoples body’s and show more respect for others private personal matter, them begging a celebrity does not give you the right to talk about others body’s at all.

Trying to do this for how long I can! Day 1:done Day 2:everything hurted, back and side abs mostly but done Day 3:done, pain is definitely still here but has softened! Day 4: done Day 5:done Day 6:today it was so tiring, and I was stresses cause of a test Day 7:done, went ok. Saw difference in my abs! Day 8:done Day 9:done Day 10: done Day 11: I paired this with lesserafims workout today too! However I did skip the side planks because I was too tired. Day 12:today I replaced this one with lesserafims workout!I will do this one again tomorrow. I just felt tired and not like I wanted to spend much time to workout Day 13: I take that back!!! But I promise I will tomorrow. This time for real, I just had a very rough day Day 14: Done!! Day 15: I skipped today but replaced it, I went to a party and danced with barely any breaks for 2 hours straight. I feel like that counts, right? Edit: I think I'm gonna move on to another workout on her account since I'm constantly working out the same muscles and I need some change. Feel free to ask which I did, I'll be updating there too

@@ryun222 yea, sure. I haven't noticed a lot, I geuss it really takes time. I did notice my arm muscle, this workout does a lot with arm strength too. As for my thighs I don't think I saw a difference really. And for my abs i have seen a small difference. But I don't do any other workouts outside of this one, and dancing for around 20 minutes a day.

делаю до конца лета (31 августа) вес 47.70 кг | 13.08 1 день-сделала два подхода днем и вечером, нормальненько. делала эту тренировку еще год назад, так что было легко делать, причем я выполняла тренировку 36 минут -1 кг неделю, поэтому мне уже ничего не страшно 2 день- до сих пор трясутся руки, сделала сейчас и утром, сегодня сильно болели бока талии, хз хорошо это или плохо 3 день-выполнила 4 день-выполнила 5 день- выполнила, сегодня было намного легче выполнять боковую планку чем обычно, мне понравилось 6 день- выполнила, все как обычно 7 день-забыла писать, и не могла зайти в ютуб. сегодня я взвесилась и вес 47.30. сделала тренировку (2 раза) 8 день-сделала

Progress - Day 1 - ✓OMG IT HURTS SO BAD ESPECIALLY THE SIDE PLANKS & MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS. but definitely felt the burn. Might do this for 30 days once a day. I'll update yall! (I did this once) Day 2 - ✓ it hurt less but the side planks was still hard. I saw a tad bit of a difference but yeah. I'll update yall tmrw (did this twice) Day 3 - ✓ i noticed a change, i recommend doing it 2× a day or 3× a day along with other excercises, i didnt do the side planks anymore because i did a little research about it and it gives you wider hips i think, idk? But yeah! I recommend doing it at night mostly because when u wake up you see a change

@@melomimi yup! like russian twists, i mean - you may do it but, not often. Since it helps with your abs but it kind of make your waist wider. For the side planks, i recommend not doing them since they also can widen your waist. I recommend replacing Russian twists, and Side planks (left and right) with Plank (make your tummy flat), Bicycle Crunches (helps with defined abs aswell), and Crunches (also helps with defined abs). Hope this helps

Doing this workout for 2 months🎀 Day1- it wasn't that hard but the side planks were a bit tough so I just holded it for 5 sec🥹 Day2- it was kind of tough today and I was struggling a bit while doing the excersizes and keeping up with the timer but anyways I'm feeling good about this workout! Day3- done, did some other workouts as well 🎧🥹 Day4- couldn't do it cause I had exam today 😢

Hola! Este ss mi primer dia haciendo este ejercicio, aqui pondre lo que llevo! Dia 1: Fue un poco cansado, senti que moria en la plancha de lado. No estoy acostumbrada a hacer ejercicio ya que soy huevona XD Asi que fue cansado. Día 2: Todavía no me acostumbro a la plancha, de un lado se me dificultó más xD, ya me salio la cosa eso del back work, se me hizo un poco más sencillo, la parte final si es un poco cansada debido a la falta de fuerza en mis brazos. (No hay cambios hasta ahora) Día 3: Se me dificultó un poco porque no hice calentamiento, todavía se me hacen cansadas las planchas de lado! (No hay cambios) Día 5: He notado mi cintura un poco más pequeña, pero no demasiado. ¡Sigo haciendo los ejercicios! Todavía no me acostumbro bien :3 Dia 6: Hola! Este es mi sexto día, me siento un poco mejor ya que ahora ya no me canse mucho con las planchas laterales, siento que mis brazos están ganando un poco de fuerza! Mi cintura ha cambiado un poco, pero no esta marcada :3 Una semana ya, nada que decir, hasta ahora! Logré acostumbrarme un poco Día 8: Me he acostumbrado un poco a los ejercicios, aunque si me canso, se me hacen un poco más fáciles, he mejorado en la plancha lateral y me siento orgullosa de ello:] Día 9: Hoy estaba un poco cansada, por eso me salte la plancha, pero lo demás lo hice bastante bien, pues ya me estoy acostumbrado. No hice el de ejercicio ese del militar pq mi pecho esta un poco sensible hoy, pero hice los demás ejercicios satisfactoriamente Día 11: Lo hice bien, solo una plancha de cierto lado se me dificultó un poco Dia 12: me sentia mal y la mayoria lo hice mal :C (Mi pansa ha empezado a bajar) Dia 13: hoy me senti un poco mejor, hice la plancha sin mucho problema, solo me ardio. Me he estado saltando los ejercicios de back porque me hacen sentir una horrible presion en el pecho.

​@@mig_entertainment существует такая штука как имт - индекс массы тела - нужен возраст + рост + вес для вычисления имт. Судя по параметрам девочки в комментарии выше, у неё почти недовес. Да и интересоваться тренировками и похудением будучи ребёнком.. Страшно

Doing this pilates month of April April 1- I did it and it's quite easy actually April 2- did it again! My 2nd day and i'm sweating April 3- I did it ofcourse aalonf with other exercise April 4-I did it April 5- I did it April 6- I did it April 7- I didn't do it 'cause I was too tired April 8- did it again! @@madnuva I did it until 3rd week of April actually but I got busy this last week of April its good and easy to follow and then I noticed sum difference between before and after I did this exercise. I'll try to do this 2x this month of May and I'll add other exercise to lose weight faster.

Day 1:✅ bit of a struggle with the last few but the rest where surprisingly easy Day 2:✅ was easier than yesterday Day 3:rest day Day 4:✅ a bad body image and eating day. By bad eating day I mean eating everything in sight not starving. Day 5:tired and sore from my Shirlen Kim one so upped my steps today .

day 1: es algo duro, mi cuerpo esta muy duro pero se pudo, solo q al final hize abdominales ya q no podia meter ruido, actualizo mañana 😸💐 day 2: senti dolor pero no tanto cmo la primera vez day 3: me duele el estómago pero eh notado esa zona un poco mas roja, siento q lo estoy haciendo bn 😿

Friendly reminder that if you do this exercise every day you’re not going to miraculously have the same body type as a K-pop idol! They go on diets and they dance for hours every day on top of exercising! 🫶 Keep up the good work though guys! Drink a lot of water, eat a healthy amount and try and get 30 mins of physical activity every day that you can!!

Doing this for 15 days!! Day 1:✅ (forgot to make the comment💀) Day 2:✅ I’m shaking so much😭😭 Day 3: didn’t do it since I went swimming😀 Day 4:✅ it wasn’t as bad as the first day and now I’m more dedicated to loosing thigh fat cause I have registration on Monday and I have to see half my grade😭😭 Day 5: ✅ the end is hard but it was a tiny bit easier than before I also went swim yesterday!

12/23 ○ 12/24 ○ 上半身と下半身のも始めてこれ合わせて3個やってる 12/25 ○ 12/26 ○ 12/27 ○ 12/28 ○ 12/29 × 代わりにスケートして足を酷使した 12/30 × 昨日ので足を痛めたので少しお休みかも、 12/31 × 1/1 × 1/2 × 1/3 ○ やっと痛みが治ったから再開! 1/4 ○ 〜しばらく違うのやってた〜 1/13○ 再開 1/14○ 1/15○ 1/16○ 1/17○ 1/18×(生理で) 1/19△(できそうなものだけ) ーまだまだですが、これ始めて2キロほどは痩せました(恥ずかしながら未だ暴食は止められてません)ー
