A tutorial on the iWOC One Touch Controller from Mahle. A number of our Cannondale bikes use this controller on their e-bikes. It keeps the bikes lighter weight as well is a very simple design & simple functionality. Our sales guy, Dorian shows how it works.
Download the ebikemotion app for the most functionality!

@Alberta E-Bikes - That is an excellent tutorial on the "basics" of how to turn on the app and change power levels. Much better than the app documents that's provided by the company. Will you post a "Part 2" video that goes a little further in how to use some of the other features of the app? Things like how to activate and use the "Ride Time and Miles Riden" indicators at the bottom of the app screen. And, what does it mean when the little circle below "RPM" is Red. A Part 2 video would be a big help and very much appreciated. Thank you 😊.

I am not able to fully download this app onto my phone. When I get to the point that it is supposed to send me a verification email, I never get it. I've deleted the app and tried again but nothing works. Any suggestions?

I just purchased a cannondale treadwell neo 2 EQ and I've been trying to figure out how to determine battery levels for weeks now (no luck). I've downloaded the cannondale app, but still can't seem to find it. Anyone know this?

I just purchased a less than 1 year old Bianchi Aria E-road. I am trying to get my head around the ebikemotion system. When I start in eco, when idle, it switches to turbo every time. This would probably be a setting (I am using the new Mahle app and my ebike is connected to a wahoo element roam). I can't seem to find a manual or a discussion that mentions this issue. I hope you can help me out here or guide me to sources of information where I could find what's wrong?

Why do you say that the power number shows percentage of power when the units displayed are watts, not percentage? Wouldn't the watts units indicate that the display shows either how much power is provided by the motor or the rider? Which is it? Thanks.

This is brilliant - SO much better than the written instructions. One quick question (which the OH and I disagree on) - is it OK to keep switching the power assist off and use as normal bike?. I only need it for some hills and don't want to lose what little stamina I have built up!

I've been told that you should not keep switching the "power assist app" itself off and on, just switch the "power levels" from any power level (1, 2 or 3) to power level "0" when you don't need the assistance. That way the app stays on, but with no assistance until you need it again. It's like driving a car. You wouldn't turn the car off just because you're going down a hill, you'd just take your foot off of the accelerator until you need the power again. If that makes any sense. Hope that helps.

I needed to know this as I was told that when the power is off the lights and app won’t work. So you can switch assistance to off, I didn’t know that. A tutorial on that would be good. On what you should see things on if your need for assistance is small.

Hi could you just explain how is it possible to have the system switched on but into a neutral mode and when changing each power setting how you get back to neutral i have to keep turning mine off for normal riding or is there no function for neutral
@rayaldridge2506
@rayaldridge2506 2 жыл бұрын
@Dave Martin The power levels cycle from 1- Green, to 2- Orange, to 3- Red , to 0- White (Neutral: No assist). The cycle only goes one way. You can't go from 3 to 2, only from 2 to 3, then back to 0. Hope that helps.

Hello please could you try and help me with understanding my new e bike when in green mode or eco mode i cannot feel or tell if it is providing any assistance .also i put the bike into red mode or full power it didnt seem to provide much help going up a fairly small hill what am i doing wrong thank you in advance
@DorDor400

You have to understand this motor only makes 35 nm of torque which isnt a lot. For big hill climbs it will work fine, but wont rocket you up the hill. Make sure youre in a low gear when climbing, along with using red mode. To put it in neutral, simply cycle to the next mode past red, it will flash white. When it flashes white, that is neutral mode. The controller will be on, but the motor will be off.
@philipcooper8297
@philipcooper8297 3 жыл бұрын
@@DorDor400 35 Nm is a lot, it's equivalent of 400cc motorcycle engine. This assist though is only available under 25 kph. If you go faster than that, there is no assist.
@DorDor400
@DorDor400 3 жыл бұрын
@@philipcooper8297 yes, it is a lot. But 35 nm is second lowest torque ratings on the premium market. As i said, it will work fine but will have its limits. As this user, and many of my customers experience with the X35.
