Hello Tsukiyo - Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, you cannot add onto the Jabra 510 if you have a larger conference room. Fortunately, Jabra has a solution, though, in the Jabra Speak 710 or the Jabra Speak 810. The 710 will handle meetings with up to 6 people, the 810 up to 15 people. You can also pair two Jabra Speak 710's together to cover a meeting room with up to 12 people! Call our Product Support Team if you have additional questions or needs. We are here to help! Does the Jabra speak 510 require the use of the USB dongle to work as a Bluetooth device with my laptop even though it has bluetooth built in? I have the 510 connected and the 510 shows in my control panel / devices list, but the Jabra Direct software shows no devices and Windows doesnt list it as an audio or communication device.

Hello Yathi Das- The Jabra Speak 510 offers DSP. Digital Signal Processing is used in Jabra products to enhance the audio quality of the human voice and to reduce noise. I need to be able to speak and hear people who are talking through this speaker whilst i am in a separate room wearing a headset (like a two way tannoy system). for example i am giving instructions to people who are doing a physical task the the adjoining room. is this possible? I hope my question is clear! thanks a lot.

Hello killercrabman - The Jabra Speak 510 does not offer that feature as standard, but you may be able to connect it through two PCs (one in each room) running an app like Teams or Skype to achieve your goal. I'm just wondering what happens when the battery life is not good enough. Can you change it? If yes, how? This is not specified on the manual

Unfortunately you can't change the battery life of your Speak 510. How many hours are you getting out of your Jabra?

+Jabra I don't have any Jabra yet. I was just wondering if you could change the battery. I think you misunderstood my question. So if it not possible to change the battery: does this means that after it damage you have to dispose your Jabra as well?

I apologize for the misunderstanding, Jmeile. Depending on the Jabra model you're using, the battery may or may not be replaceable. Usually the battery of our Mobile products cannot be changed, and in that case the unit needs to be replaced entirely under warranty. This is because we don't expect our units to fail easily! :) Let me know if you have any more questions!

Hello 杨神 - If you have the USB variant of the Jabra Speak 510 you will be able to connect it to your computer this way. Otherwise, you will need to use the Jabra Link 370 that comes with the Speak 510 to connect the device to your computer via Bluetooth.

The Jabra Speak 510 comes in three different versions: the regular version, the Plus version - which includes a USB dongle for your PC - and the MS version - that has been designed to be used along with Microsoft Skype for business. Hello MrSaxon2001, we recommend you use the included USB charging cable (or for some products, the included AC adapter) to charge your Jabra device. If you use a third-party option, we recommend the following guidelines: - Use a USB charger that is safety-certified for use in the country you are located in. - Ensure the plug fits properly in the wall outlet. - Do not charge the device if the charging ports or charger are wet or damaged. - Charging will occur, until the battery is fully charged, within the normal working temperate range of 0ºC to 45ºC. Outside of this range, charging will cease so as to protect the battery and product, for example from overheating. Hi Shmuel- To use your Jabra Speak 510 with your computer, simply plug the USB dongle into a port on your MacBook Air and turn the Speak 510 on. Your Speak 510 will connect to the Link 370 and be instantly ready for use. If you have the USB variant of the Speak 510, you only need to plug the Speak 510 into your computer and turn it on to use it.

What's with the background music....lose it! Its annoying as hell and is very unprofessional. Stopped your video after 30 seconds when I realized the annoying music was actually getting louder.
