hello friends
here is a simple recipe made with Jackfruit. Chakka Payasam..!
Just try and enjoy the taste..!!
Ingredients
Jackfruit - 2 cups (seed less)
jaggery - 300gm
thick coconut milk - 3/4 cup
thin coconut milk - 3 cups
sago - 1 1/2 tbsp.
cardamom powder - 1 tsp
dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp

Who wouldn't want a very tempting, delightful jackfruit payasam. This video reminds me of a Muslim neighbour who always concocted different types of snacks for breaking fast during the month of Ramadan. She used to make a similar payasam with durians. you can add that too.. some people may get gastric issues with the combination of jackfruit and green gram.. they can use soaked raw rice..

most of the vegetables or fruits if we cook or boil, may spoil some nutrition.. to substitute this we are adding coconut milk to this.. 😊
