As Jamaicans, I believe we are born with hope ever burning in our hearts.
To be Jamaican is to be tenacious, and if you believe that to be true, then we will always move forward through difficult times to a better Jamaica for all.
We will see, that this too shall pass.
This is a message I believe I needed to create and share with my fellow country men and women as we all collectively deal with our current unprecedented challenges as a nation.
The Musson Foundation is a proud supporter of this film and message.
The Musson Foundation places a special emphasis on nurturing Jamaica’s cultural and creative industry. The Foundation aims to strengthen communities through the promotion of these sectors, acknowledging their power and potential to grow our economy.
During these uncertain times, the Musson Foundation continues to stand with our creatives, our communities and all Jamaicans.
I really have to say thank you to Musson for the support, it makes a huge difference to creatives like myself in being able to execute our visions and ideas effectively and efficiently.
In the creation of this film I also worked with great Sean Murray who produced and contributed the amazing Timelapses seen in the video. Check out his work here: @seanemurray | seanmurrayphotography.com
I also need to acknowledge Kingston Industrial Garage for their continued support as a transportation sponsor for all of my projects. They have been with me for almost 3 years, and without them I can't say I would be able to deliver all the amazing visuals you see in a lot of my work.

Jamieson, you rock! I have been a proud subscriber from way back when you started out with only a few videos and a few subscribers. Now I see you are up to 1.5k subscribers and growing. You are a very talented artist. I have always been amazed by your work and i'm always eagerly awaiting a new upload from you. I have been with you since March 2018. I have watched many of your videos, from: "This Is Where It All Begins," to "Bluefields Jamaica Introduction Trailer," to "Offroad Jamaica Tailgate BBQ: Nov 5th 2017," to "Winter IN Jamaica 2017 - 2018", to "Journey To The Center Of Jamaica 2017." Not to mention my all time favorite, and the first video of yours that I saw: "RIP Stephen Hawking, From A Jamaican You Inspired." Mr Daley, you are the best, and I want you to know that I really appreciate you, and will always be your fan for as long as I live. May the universe continue to guide and protect you through all your endeavors. Keep up the good work...and stay safe, my fellow Jamaican.

Very well said and presented mi bruda These are the things that we as Black people all over the world “they non-blacks” love and desire about us, as well as “desperate and hate” about us. Through all that we as a people have been through and gone through, still we rise! We rise and continue onward in spite of all that has been done to us and continue to be done. We are a strong people, not just Jamaican, but Black people- we ARE ONE people spread around the world. Shalom Tuko Pamoja Peace and blessings

Very beautifully put. Every Jamaican who view this video should feel some positive chills, I did. Excellent message. I'm however disappointed though that of all the persons featured especially with regards to the Pandemic that I don't see the Healthcare Workers. As a Nurse I must tell you, it may be unintentional on your part but it hurts. There are Patriotic Nurses and other Health Professionals here still. We need to be made to feel valued as well..the opposite I can tell you is the cause of many resignation and migration. I mean no offense....hope none will be taken..just think about it.

I have no idea who the narrator is, but his voice is welcomed. The things said are needed and hopeful, if only Jamaicans can rise to the occasion, of course, with the tribal politics set aside. There is a lot that is needed among Jamaicans, if not, you will continue to lose your best and most qualified. But with hope, things can change.
