This Fox ss has been a tremendous upgrade. I went through two Monroe hd stabilizers in less than a year, both leaked. My '05 TJ Rocky Mtn rides excellent now, the wheel has a sports car type feel to it. I can't recommend this Fox ss enough. Looks very stout to go with the Fox Shox 2.0's I've had for about a year and they are the best shocks I've ever had.

Appreciate the video, did new springs and fox 2.0 shocks on my 4" lifted TJ last weekend. Though I replaced my stabilizer a couple of years ago, my Jeep OCD made me order this to install now as well. Love the ride with the Fox shocks.

Nice! What a difference with Fox shocks.

@@Waveshank Great tip on the ratchet strap was quite helpful. Just installed mine, tracks straight down the road and is a little softer to steer.

Glad that helped. It was what I had lying around to help compress the stabilizer. I realized that the reason mine wasn't tracking perfectly is the angle of the rear track bar and the front and the specific long arm lift I have. I will be going back to the stock pitman arm to bring it back to an equalized angle front and rear. I will update when that is finished.

Can you tune the shock with the knob to fix the push to the left? Or is that for something else?

Good comment. I don't know. I'm pretty sure it's positive force no matter what. I'll look into it.

Did you figure out how to fix the pull to the left ? Some say it pulls and some say it doesn’t.
@Waveshank3 жыл бұрын
There was a slight pull left at first. Very slight. It still tracked for several hundred feet. Its not as noticable to me anymore. Plus I still need an alignment. It might depend on the application. If it is lifted, if you have upgraded steering components, etc. Thanks for watching.

I purchased this stabilizer for my 2002 TJ Sport, but my drag link is threaded and won’t allow the pin to drop all the way through to the taper? Maybe I have a different drag link?

Oh that's odd. Mine is a 2006 LJ. It was a tight fit actually. Looks like it's that same part for all TJs. Maybe contact Fox.

@@Waveshank it was very odd but kept messing around with it and found that there was an aluminum threaded insert, probably from the first lift kit I had installed. Took the time to drill it out a bit and now it fits like a champ.
